Superior Plumbing of Wichita

Have used superior plumbing for years both for commercial and residential plumbing and as well HVAC and have always found them to do great work, and as well punctual. I would highly recommend them. They may not be the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for, and in with Superior I have always felt liked I received a good value.

Had a issue with our master toilet that originally wasn't installed properly. Superior access the piping from the basement and solved the issue without I having to tear out the tile floor or subfloor. The solution was not a everyday issue and believe most plumbers wouldn't have gone to the trouble. Employees were polite and listen and seem to like their jobs.

They never did work for us. I asked for a quote to get a radiator re-installed after a kitchen remodel. Note: plumbing was in place and spot on & ready for it to be re-installed and turned on. They charged $79 to come out for 20 minutes and give us an estimate. Of course, that money "will be applied to any work they do". BUT, their quote was 2x as much as other reputable companies. Feel somewhat scammed.

These guys were terrific. After a big rain my sump pump crapped out. I called superior and in less than 2 hours they were at my house and replaced my old pump. Great job by Jim and very affordable also.

I used Superior Plumbing for a year. I do not recommend. They have very questionable billing practices. eg: They will leave a job unfinished, to return the next day charging another service fee. They also push for unneeded repairs, with one recommendation being to re-pipe my entire property. It was a simple water heater issue. When I tried to dispute their charges, I was met with very unprofessional behavior
