Super Pollo

A little scary, but their chicken is too-notch! We are not coming for the ambiance, for sure!

Found this gem while on a Road trip. It was pretty much the only place open on Christmas Eve. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and it was BOMB! Huge portion and served with two delicious red and green salsas. Prices were great and service was quick.

The best chicken that you will find in Liberal. Homemade chips and the salsa was delicious. Doesn't look fancy, but the food was delicious. Decent priced as well.

The best grilled/smoked chicken that I have EVER had. I have ordered in restaurants in many countries and in Liberal, KS on a hunting trip is where I tasted perfection. The skin is crisp and a little salty from the seasoned grill. The meat was done but moist. Perfect!Be sure to order the chicken on the bone. They offer burritos and tortas, which I am sure are good, but straight chicken is where it is at. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the smell was enough to get me inside and the food may being me back a couple more times in this trip.

We were greeted and server by an adorable 12 yr old boy that did an excellent job helping his family. Food was amazing. The chicken is grilled fresh in front of the restaurant. If you ever find yourself driving through this small Kansas town, Super Pollo is worth the stop!

I felt like I was back in Mexico. I ordered the #4 super burrito & I must say it was one of the best I've had other than the red sauce the smoked chicken was just right with all the other flavors

I got the super burrito and the spouse a super quesadilla both came with homemade chips, salsa Rojo. purple onions and salsa verde. A pineapple japrrito in bottle for the beverage. We usually don't eat all the rice and beans but this day we did, they were that good! Meat cooked and seasoned to perfection.

We stopped on our way through to pick up lunch. The menu is simple, but so delicious. The chicken is being grilled right out front so you can smell it when you get out of your car. We will definitely be stopping again on our way back through!

Driving thru from Cali and I seen the smoker outside. I knew it had to be good. The pollo asado was very delicious and juicy. The service is real good and the owner was very nice. I would def be coming often if I was a local.

Not much to look at from the outside, but it's one of the best Restaurants around. Amazing chicken, juicy and great flavor. Give it a try!
