Never ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I went and looked at a vehicle, actually picked one out of like 3. They gave me the price I came back home. My fiancé at the time went back and test drove it for me while I was out of town and she left a deposit in the vehicle. They sent me the contract to sign and the APR was a lot higher than what was originally told and all of a sudden the price of the car was more than quoted. I was still going thru with the deal and then they told me to let finance company know I was in possession of vehicle when I hadn't touched the car. The sales manager and sales repPromised me my deposit was refundable and here we are 4 months later and I still have yet to receive my deposit and now have to go to small Claims court behind it because no one answers the phones or returns calls. The sales manager said they issued a check and that was 3 months ago. On top of that some how the cat had still manage to go on my credit and the finance company had not been aware of that and had no knowledge as to why. This place needs to be shut down by the BBB. I trusted them and this is what happens when you go against what others recommended you not do..... see you guys in court over a deposit. Clowns

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. DO NOT TRADE A CAR HERE!I am beyond upset. The sales person is beyond pushy. He didn't even know how to open the convertible top on my trade in car! They never informed us about some Kansanite law that YOU as the purchaser of a car are responsible to get your vehicle registered AND pay the tax. I have lived in a lot of states across the country. I have never ever had to do this myself NOR pay the tax on a car i purchased from a dealership. This is insane. Please, do yourself a favor, and do not buy or trade in a car from these crooks! While the sales staff is top notch, the service department is terrible. I've had 2 oil changes done here per my service agreement, and both times it took over an hour. Neither time did someone come check in with me; I finally got tired of waiting & asked. Both times I received the same answer: the vehicle before me took longer causing them to run late. Fantastic, but I have a schedule too. Figure out your scheduling or at least communicate with patrons. The 3 stars is due to a 5 star sales experience or it would be 1 star.

I bought a 2015 WRX here in May. I was very picky about exactly what I wanted, so it had to be ordered from factory. Josh Krause took care of me every step of the way. Not only did I pay a more than fair price, he kept me updated from the day I walked in, to after delivery. I hope to have this car for many years to come, but if I feel the need to upgrade, Super Car Guys will be the first place I shop!

This review is about 6 months old but I felt I needed to write it in the case someone is in my position buying a car. I had spoken to a woman on the phone when I called to inquire about a truck I saw on their website. we found it and spoke about it. we were at the time credit challenged due to medical expenses and knew we would be in a high interest situation. we spoke about our trade and about money down and even payment types. I live over 3 hours away so I wanted to make sure everything was good to go before I got there as any sane person would. when I get there I was supposed to ask for a gentleman who was apparently the sales manager. I was pushed off onto another gentleman who said he knew how to help me. come to find out the woman I spoke to was apparently an operator or something and her whole job was just to get people in the door. nobody knew anything about me or the reason for my visit. I sat there for 4 hours without even seeing a single truck. I was shown several cars and even drove one to appease them. after being left alone and having no contact with any decision makers I just walked out. the sales manager all the sudden called me about 5 minutes after I left and said he was all ready to work a deal. when I asked him what the figures were he said I would have to come back and talk with him. since then I have repaired the credit and purchased 3 different cars from the Wichita area. just wished they would have been honest and trustworthy. all of these comments are dead honest and not embellished in the least.

Recently, my friend traded a car at this location. His first experience here was very lengthy. However, when given his 60 day tag after purchasing his vehicle, the employee put the 60 day tag on the vehicle with screws that clearly did not fit his car, the screws were extremely loose and he was only given two instead of four. When we traveled back an to get a new 60 day tag we had an extremely long wait. We had to drive an hour from where our college is located. We were very rarely checked on or given the estimated time. Very disappointed in this experience. Update: they gave us the wrong tag

Started off by running my credit without asking. When I confronted them about it and told them I thought it was shady, they then proceeded to make excuses and then trapped into a car that I didn't even want in the first place. We signed the paperwork, and they added almost 20k in their "warranties" that I told them 3 times I didn't want after I signed the paperwork. I called to ask them why they added it without my permission and they then sent me to talk to their warranty guy who was very rude, yelled at me over the phone and told me not to come crying to them after my car transmission went out. I then questioned it and talked to the supervisor, whose name was Ryan. He made excuses for the guy saying he was just passionate about his job and I told him, no one is that passionate about their job and it was very inappropriate for him to yell at me then hang up the phone on me. Upon signing the paperwork, they promised me no payments until January of 2024. Come to find out TODAY on Christmas Eve, my loan company sent out a msg saying that my payment was due 8 days ago figures!! They straight lied to my face several times, deceived me and the "supervisor " stood up for the poor attitudes of the employees. On top of it all they never call you back or answer the phone. They treated me like I was a stupid, young woman. When indeed I am not. I may have never taken out a loan for a car before, but it's because I have my stuff together and have always bought outright!! I would not recommend anyone go there unless you plan on being lied to over and over again and getting trapped in a vehicle that you don't want in the first place. I would put 0 stars if that was an option!!

I would never do business with them again. They raised my interest rate without telling me. Which raise my car payment $40 a month, I didn't know this until I got the paper in the mail telling me my payment. I took my car in for service on a Monday morning was told it would be done Tuesday afternoon. Was lied to several times saying "your car will be ready today" I go to get it and another person tells me it's not done yet. Finally I get it 11 days later. Definitely don't recommend this place at all. Super unsatisfied with their business.

I bought a 2019 Armada from the location on West St in March 2020. Since then the battery has "died" several times. Just about a month after buying it was the first incident. This location (Rock Rd) put in a new battery. Great. Except they didn't even tighten one of the brackets on the battery box. I thought this was the issue the next time my battery died. My husband tightened it but then probably two months later, another dead battery. My husband took the car to Subaru of Wichita per Super Car Guys, and I'm assuming their parent company. They checked/scanned everything and advised it all looked good. Three days later the battery died again. At this point my husband does his own research and finds out there was a recall on 2019 Armadas for the ECM needing updated. Something is happening to where voltage is constantly being pulled from the battery, even while the vehicle is off. I've never worked at a dealership but one would think that before selling a car you would check for any recalls, etc. After my husband explains this to the service department at Super Car Guys, they advise the vehicle should still be under factory warranty and to take it to a Nissan dealership. Done. In the meantime Super Car Guys are providing me with a "rental" car. It's a Sonata - the driver's side window will roll down but not back up until it's in park. The passenger window will only roll back up from the passenger side and the amount of gas in the car will maybe get me 45 miles. The service department clerk/receptionist was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. She even told me the car they were giving me is a piece of crap but hey it'll get you from point A to point B. I'm beyond disappointed and unimpressed with this business and would NEVER recommend anyone to buy a car here.
