Super 8 Pratt

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Came in later in the day after a long car ride. Felt relaxed minute I walked in

Lady at the front desk was VERY helpful and kind. She saw that I had a lot of stuff to bring in and helped me hold the door open. Then after I checked in she proceeded to help me carry a few of my bag's upstairs to my room, which was very clean. To top it all off, the hotel was just recently renovated and everything is BRAND NEW, my room also came with what I believe is a 55 inch Tv. One last thing I want to add is the rates are AMAZING, you'd think the price would be slightly high due to the recent remodel. But nope, very fair rates ! If your ever in Pratt and need a place to stay this hotel is your best bet

Ugh!!! Where to begin? We get to the motel and check in the reception wasn't the friendliest but it is what it is. Things go downhill from there, we get to the room and start setting our stuff on the bed and I look at the pillow close to me, and yep it had a big old blood stain on it. So I take the pillowcase off thinking hey I'll just wrap a towel around it, nope big old blood stain on the pillow. So back out to the car, I go for my travel pillow. We are finally settling in for the night and we all do this I decided to look through the drawers on the bedside table. BIG MISTAKE!!! There was a used kleenex and a dirty washcloth. By this point, I was just over it. I closed the drawer and tried to get some sleep. When we were checking out I let the owner know what we had found he didn't care. We got no apology no nothing just my girls work 2 jobs they can't catch everything. After the experience and owners attitude you couldn't pay me to stay here again.
