This place is amazing! I got a manicure and pedicure and it was amazing! It has a great pedicure seating and the chairs massage you! They put hot towels on your legs and massage them with lotion! Also during your manicure you get a sugar scrub put on and then lotion massaged in! I have been going to this place for years and still love it!

My experience with them from the jump wasn't good. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I wouldn't recommend them to even my worse enemy.I called at 11:30 to see if they could get me in for a fill and pedicure and they said yes. I got there at about 11:45 and patiently waited my turn. Finally at 12:40 I got up and asked the girl at the front desk who's maybe 15 how much it was going to be cause I've been waiting for almost an hour. She got up and started talking with Kathy, one of the nail techs. She came back and told me to have a seat in chair 3 and one of the other girls I believe her name is Cam started working on my nails.When it came time to do the polish I showed her a picture of what I wanted, which was a simple marble affect, nothing crazy. She called Kathy and she told me that no one knew how to do the marble to which I replied, "no one in this salon can do a simple marble?" Kathy walked off. She then came back and told me that a different tech can do the marble for me but it won't look like the picture and it'll be an additional $25. I told her, "Never mind I'm not paying an extra $25 if I'm not going to get what I want."After all that they switched me to Kathy who was absolutely horrible. She cut me multiple times and my nails were crooked. Every time I wash my hands now, it burns cause she cut so many times and so badly. They didn't even have pointed ends like they're supposed to with the coffin shape, I had to refile my nails when I got home.To top it all off, they didn't even do the pedicure I asked for either. I've never left a nail salon without tipping at least something so this was a first. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone, they're rude and unprofessional.

I just want anyone to who might be considering this salon to think twice. The girl used a freaking electric dremel file on my NATURAL nail beds. It felt like they were on fire and I kept telling her it was hurting. Finally, at the end she was manually filing the sides of my nails and caused me to bleed on TWO fingers on my right hand. She continually apologized and I felt like she really meant it until she said "I'm worried you tell my boss". Uh ok? She also got glue all over under the tips and now my skin is all gross underneath them. I will NEVER go back to this salon and will tell everyone I know not to waste their time and money! I'm attaching pictures of the cuts, I had to wear bandaids for a day after because if anything touched my nails it hurt. I'm worried what my natural nail beds will look like when I get these removed.(The nail tech's name that I had is Ngoc)

Never again. I didn't even bother getting my full set. I went in with my fiancé. He had wanted a manicure and I had wanted a full set prior to our engagement photos. We had scheduled appointments together for 2:30. Well, 2:30 came and his person began. Then 2:35, then 2:45, then 3:00. At that point my fiancé had finished and I hadn't even begun. I just said to cancel my appointment. I understand being busy- but I had confirmed my appointment and THEY set the time, not me. Utter lack of professionalism and incredibly disappointed. I wanted to give them a chance despite some bad reviews, but they were all right! STEER CLEAR.

I honestly don't know what to say. I have a love hate relationship with this salon. First the lady was very nice and friendly but the one thing I hated was when she was filing. She used her fingers and pushed them under my finger nail making me bleed a couple times but the results were acceptable.

Given them 2 tries now and they've made me bleed both times (you can see in the pic). Also, horrible French "dip" manicure. SO thick and barely even shaped them/filed them.

I've been coming here for several years and always have a good and relaxing experience. Tran is very talented and I always enjoy seeing new nail designs.

Terrible. Super simple watermelon design. She ruin my natural nails. I told her I am a severe nail biter and I've been growing my nails out with acrylics for over A YEAR!!! I specifically told her to please not break them or change the square shape because as a nail biter if my nails aren't perfect I WILL bite them. Nope. They are round and some are square. There is dents in the paint on my fingers and I had to repeatedly tell her that the seeds of the watermelon should be on the pink. Not the green. Like duh I know you've eaten a watermelon before lady. They were rushing wanting to get home and that's insane. They made my CHILDS toes bleed and charged me for a Felix pedicure rather than a kids pedicure. She's 9. What a rip off. Never go here. My moms nails are also trash and are on fire even hours after leaving the salon even though she repeatedly said Ouch!

Very unpleasant experience this afternoon. When it comes to My nails, I know what I will and will not accept as a paying customer. If I want to soak off my dip nails because I do not like the drill, please just let me soak and not ask me 4x to do it another way. I've had nail issues in the past and this is safer for ME. The nail tech was unfriendly to my mother and passive aggressive throughout our experience. After I washed, I requested she clean up some areas where the dip was on my skin and hurting me, she literally stated, "looks like this coffin nail too rough for you"....literally degrading me. Later found out this was the manager. Highly saddened by the level of unprofessional verbal and nonverbal communication by her. She ignored me did not listen to her customer who came in tonight.

If I could give zero I would. I've tried them once before a couple years ago and couldn't remember why I never went back. Now I do. The most painful nail experience ever. They do not care if they hurt you and these are literally the worst nails I've ever had done. The shape is bad, they are lumpy and I have gouges in my cuticles. Never again.
