I am new to the salon, but have been very happy with Susan and her business. Moving to a new city can be difficult to begin with a new stylist and the cut you are looking for, having Susan has been great and one less thing to find during a relocation.

I am happy to say that Sugar Salon owner Susan Brady has been keeping my hair in great shape for the last 10 years! She keeps at the forefront of her industry and carefully matches products with my hair and skin needs. She has been great with my children and myself and very understanding of the attachment my daughters and I have for our long hair. She has listened to what styles we are wanting and adapts them to make them work with our hair textures. It has been exciting to hear her stories from when she was recently selected to style the hair of models during Fashion Week in New York! Wichita is blessed to have Susan and Sugar Salon. I drive over an hour to have her keep my hair healthy and beautiful. It's been wonderful to watch this warm and friendly professional's business grow and expand so more lucky patrons have the chance to experience the excellent and personalized service we receive each time we visit a Sugar Salon.I am so glad a friend referred me years ago and I wholeheartedly and consistently recommend Susan to others. I'm looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks!

I went here for prom, my hair turned out very well! I was so impressed by my hair, but then I had my makeup done. The color was so off, it was orange. My eyeshadow wasn't even and they weren't able to give me the winged eyeliner I wanted (they have no liquid eyeliner). I was so disappointed I went home, wiped off the makeup and did it myself. I definitely recommend for hair but not for makeup.

Upon walking in the salon I was greeted by the owner Susan seemed very nice at first but when she was shampooing my hair I was appalled the the odor comping from her armpits absolutely terrible!! She did nothing but talk bad about gays. When she was styling my hair I was just startled by the crawling if cockroaches right by her work station. I immediately told her and she seemed like it was an everyday occurrence. She was nothing but rude and didn't care and seemed bored about was I was talking about, I definitely would not return and I wouldn't ever send my work enemy there. Completely disgusted.

The ladies are nice but some of their skills aren't up to par. My layers the stylist added end up looking really choppy, uneven & unblended. I'm just sad my hair was curled so I didn't realize until I tried to straighten it a couple days later. I had to go to another salon to fix it. Don't recommend this place.

I've been with Susan, since her Planet Hair days. I adore her and Stacey! They have always done amazing work. And if I didn't like my hair: they'd fix it. Amazing prices for what they do. They've been in business for YEARS. FOR A REASON! GO HERE!

The business owner Susan was posting online that she was still selling professional grade premixed hair dye "curb-side" at her salon beginning of April since our city has mandatory restrictions for small nonessential businesses to be closed. As I discussed with many cosmologist and other professionals about her conduct selling professional grade products curbside could be boarder line illegal as Susan doesn't know who these look it's will actually be used on and if they were mixed right, or if a client is allergic to the ingredients. These professionals have been made aware of this situation and this could be a licensing issue.
