I stopped by this when several weeks ago and I was very shocked as I got to the window to get my order, to find out that when the guy handed me the machine so I could swipe my card that it also asked for me to leave a tip when did you all start asking for a tip at the drive-thru

The outside kiosk was horrible! Ended up having employee try to order through it for me, with just as much trouble. Items I wanted weren't given as options. Ended up paying for a sandwich I didn't exactly want - which is my fault. But at some point, you just need to move on and get something in your stomach because you're hungry. The line was long behind me, having just as much trouble. Why can't we just order through a microphone and get what we want? Horrible process. Kind employees.

This has been my downtown go to Subway for many many years since I work downtown. Sadly, the cleanliness of the store, quality of food and service has really gone downhill. If you go on the weekend, don't be surprised to find only one worker in the entire store and their attitude is as low as their service. This is such a sad situation as I've been a fan of Subway since they first opened. I'm assuming the primary reason is the location.

I live downtown so this is my go to subway. I love the pizza sub and turkey bacon. I usually go through the drive through with touch kiosk. Its easy to use but the last few times the screen was really hard to see. I don't know if it just needs wiped down really good (all the finger prints from people touching) or if there's a setting to make it darker. I'm really familiar with the kiosk ordering process but for someone who isn't not being able to see the screen properly would be frustrating.

The weirdest thing happened to me at this Subway today. I ordered my salad and my husband's wrap on the kiosk in the drive through. I got up to the window and the girl asked if we wanted a wrap which I confirmed for her again. After what seemed like 10 minutes later, we finally got our order. Instead of getting the wrap my husband asked for, he got a flatbread, rolled up like a wrap. When I opened my salad bowl, I realized there was an astronomical amount of onions, and no lettuce... I hadn't selected lettuce as an additional topping because I assumed lettuce was included in all of their salads.... very odd experience with someone who clearly didn't know what they were doing.

Got dinner last night. The cheeseburger was burnt. I ordered it with no pickles and it came plain, no lettuce, tomato or onion. Also asked for ranch which we didn't get either. Should have checked everything before we left. It also took a long time to get our food and we were the only car there.

We ordered off the subway app. My husband wanted to eat his wrap at work for lunch he works second shift so they're closed by the time he has lunch. He opened it and they gave him a completely different order I had him take pictures of the wrap and I had the receipt and they weren't able to do anything cause he ate it. They where closed so is he supposed to skip lunch and save it for the next day? Extremely disappointed they weren't even busy either.

The guy at the drive thru always pops a super dirty card reader out the window and says "it's just going to ask you a few questions". Dude just click no tip, I am not tipping a 35 year old at a drive thru trying to skim a tip off of a sandwich he doesn't even make. Sandwiches here usually are not good. Try to avoid but down town food expensive or trash. So I sometimes go unfortunately
