I talked to Brie about an oil change. I'm used to appointments. She said come to Express lane. So, here I am, in the waiting area. Worth the wait! There are snickerdoodles and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies today, fresh popped popcorn, coffee, soda fountain, big screen tv to watch, people to chat with. Meanwhile, I put my Forester in the bay for oil change. I'm sitting here enjoying the wait area amenities and waiting for them to finish so I can get out in nature and rack up more miles.I love the Forester. It handles well, it's quiet, it has a great back up system, Sirius XM on the radio, plenty of room for all the fun stuff when we travel. I never thought I would enjoy an SUV but I have been pleasantly surprised!

We've been in the Subaru family for years - and were looking to purchase our new Subaru in Kansas. While Wichita is not the closest town to us (a two hour drive) we decided to stop by and check it out as the customer service (not sales) rep told us they had a good number of models in stock for us to look at. These models were the ones we were considering. They also reassured us (twice) that they would honor the VIP pricing. Of course we get there and it is a different story. Slim pickings on the vehicles on the lot. And they said they would not do the VIP pricing. We walked out of there. The sales person we were working with was very nice and professional. Yes, there is a chip shortage and used vehicle prices are through the roof. Stealerships are selling cars over MSRP. But this is plain disingenuous on Subaru Of Wichita's part. Getting people in by telling them blatant lies. As noted we have owned numerous Subaru's over the years and are happy to take our business elsewhere. #CaveatEmptor

Didn't not have a good experience with this dealership. Wasted hours showing us cars that we ended up not being able to afford. We just wanted something in our price range and they acted like they didn't want to help us unless we had a co-signer and was pushing us to bring a family member in to co-sign. We just ended up leaving and going elsewhere. A partner dealership of theirs who found us a car we could afford and worked with us on payment. Was that so hard?!! They lost a sale due to not wanting to help us and showing us cars we couldn't afford and wasting tons of our times

I did not buy my Subaru from here, but I've been taking it here for service since moving here 4 years ago. They have been fair with all service, easy to deal with, nice waiting room. I plan on servicing my Outback with them for as long as we live in Wichita. I can't say anything regarding salespeople as I haven't experienced that here.

I financed my car through Subaru of Wichita which included the agreed price of the car + administrative fee + sales tax - my down payment. I was treated as the out of state customer from South Carolina and the sales tax therefore need to be adjusted as it won't be the same as Kansas. When I went to SCDMV to pay the sales tax with a written check from Subaru this Tuesday 05/02, the DMV clerk told me that I was overcharged more than $2000 so she will send the overpayment back to Subaru. This got me surprised. So I emailed the overpayment receipt to the salespeople as well as called the front desk. On the call, I was promised a follow up to discuss this issue. Wednesday came nothing. Thursday came nothing. Friday afternoon I gave them a call and sounded like they already forgot about the follow up. I got transferred to someone else who wasn't in the office and told to leave the voicemail and wait. Today is May 10th and I haven't received any call back. Feel frustrated if I need to call the front desk again :(

Here's a pro tip for anyone owning a Subaru or possibly any other car utilizing STARLINK. STARLINK knows your exact mileage, service record and VIN #. the app tells you what your GUARANTEED trade in value is. Unfortunately I didn't discover this until after i sold my car. Wichita Subaru will claim they didn't know about this GUARANTEED value and it doesn't matter because that Subaru of America posting that value so they don't have to honor it. Subaru America will say they have no control over the franchise dealerships. so it's all just a gimmick to get you to come in. BUYER BEWARE!

If you're thinking this, as an official Subaru dealership would be a trustworthy shop to handle your vehicle service like I did, this is your warning to think again.First visit ever to this location as I bought from another dealership, but, how bad could they possibly do on a routine service, right? Well; My routine service which I was originally quoted "a couple hours" for took 28 hours, 3 phone calls to the dealership, and an in-person visit once I realized they had zero interest in communicating all for them to inform me that when their mechanic was removing a lug nut, it snapped. This error, I was assured, was anyone's fault but theirs, and that I should seek out the last person to work on the car for repayment. Entirely their word against mine, and if I wanted to be able to drive out of there, I'd have to cover the full cost of their error. There's a hundred ways this could have been handled, and all of them would have been better than what actually transpired. Obviously lied to repeatedly on the timeline, zero attempts at communicating possible delays/updates unless I called/forced it, followed by the news that they broke something and it was somehow my responsibility, followed by the audacity to charge me almost $400 for a lug nut that's literally $6 at autozone, which apparently snapped once they forced it.It's pretty clear I got scammed, and it's my fault for not researching more thoroughly. Don't make the same mistake if you value your vehicle, time, and money.

gave them a credit card deposit for a vehicle on contingent to test driving the vehicle. After after driving and inspecting the vehicle, decided to pass on the purchase. It has been over a week and still do not have my money back. Talk to the salesman and three other managers and all of them have different stories on When my money will be returned. Very shady dealership beware of this place

I have been getting my 2021 Forester serviced there since I bought it new. I've had one minor issue and it was resolved to my satisfaction immediately. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect by every employee I have encountered there. I will continue to use them and most likely buy my next Subaru there when it's time. I love the car and I couldn't be happier with it.

Purchased my vehicle from them In late April. a couple days after my purchase a piece of siding flew off. Took weeks for them to fix and I still am having issues. Wasn't told about the extra cost for Perma Seal which was added to my purchase. Pay close attention to every document you sign. Do NOT let them flip through without explanation. One month after purchase a clear coat started peeling off my paint. Subaru said it's not their issue. While they were the ones to add the coating. filed a claim with Perma Seal, and the plan does not cover the issue. Now I have to foot the bill. They start off selling you the dream and then it all goes down hill. I will NEVER purchase another car from them nor visit their service department. Neither are honest and will give you the run around. As the sales manager told me, just bring it back and I'll give you the Kelly Blue book price. That was his answer to my frustration and concerns. Never again!
