I've never heard of in-house shipping that was MORE expensive than third party pack and ship, but that's what I got with this company. Given that their "explanation" included that the lot had appraised for more than it sold, I can only assume they were disappointed by the hammer price and trying to make up for the loss. To add insult to injury, what kind of professional, white-glove handling did I get for this premium price? Stuffed in a badly battered, used Amazon box. Shameful and grubby. Will not bid again.

Watch Out!!! So nice to your face, but stabs you in the back with fees and charges. I chose to cancel her services after 1 week. The contract lists cancellation at $6,500 as a cancellation fee, + hours spent in actual work. God I wish I made as much an hour as she does, the additional charges totaled $3,400 in ADMINISTRATIVE FEES and a few hours of employee fees. Total cost to cancel was over $9,800!!! So sorry I ever trusted her. I am sure she will have a very "polite" and "flowery" response to another scathing review. I have never written a bad review for anyone in my 64 years of life, but I felt obligated to warn others who take the time to research.

This company handled my father's estate sale and, while the presentation of the sale itself was done well, the expenses took up the majority of the proceeds of the sale. There was no restraint shown when spending the estate's money on the sale and, unlike normal estate sale companies, you will pay expenses ON TOP of her commission. Stubbs estates also said they would honor a request that my father had made before he passed and then went behind our backs and violated that request at her first opportunity. When confronted, they showed no remorse and continued in direct conflict with the wishes of my father and the estate. This company is very irresponsible with their client's money and will not honor personal requests from the estate or the deceased if they believe it will benefit them financially.
