Strategic Workspace

DONT NOT RENT FROM THIS VENUE!!!! They will take your deposit money no matter what this happened to 2 friends of ours also.. saying the place wasn't clean enough. We have pictures of floors mopped and trash taken out and they still took out deposit! Stay away from this place.......

Stay far away! We had what we thought was a great event. We left the space spotless but no, to our surprise they decided to keep our deposit. We read reviews on their google page that indicated this was something they do after not receiving any sort of communication from them. When I called them Crystal yelled at me and hung up the phone abruptly. This was an overall very disappointing experience.

Beautiful space! Clean, modern and awesome vibe! Totally recommend it to anyone needing office space or venue space!

The environment created by Tony and his team at SW has helped my business grow. We office here and being around upbeat focused results oriented people is creating (at least for us) an energy that helps my business. If you have wondered about a office, check with Kelsey. I highly recommend SW.

Extremely unprofessional. I had an event here and my deposit was withheld, despite leaving the venue spotless. We called one of the employees, Crystal, asking why it was withheld and a list of these "damages". Throughout the call Crystal kept talking over us and proceeded to hang up and could not give us any details of the "damages". Avoid the headache and go elsewhere.
