Nice theater. Saw Toto this weekend and the staff went above and beyond. Very helpful. Sound was great and tickets were very reasonable. Restrooms are a few steps up on the mezzanine and very clean. Will return when I see another upcoming artist that I like.

Drove in from Kansas City to see Al Stewart in concert. The theater is beautiful and seems to book some great shows. There are about 5 shows that I would love to return for this year, and it's only about 2.5 hour drive from KC with lots of pit stops along the way with things to do or see. I was disappointed that the theater was only about half full for such a great artist that doesn't tour frequently. I sat front row on the balcony and had perfect acoustics and a great vantage point to watch the show. Good job Stiefel!

I love to go to concerts in old theaters and the Stiefel is a perfect venue for listening to music. We drove 6 hours from Springfield, Mo. to hear Mandolin Orange and had no regrets. The seats were very comfortable and the sound was fantastic. I will return if I hear of a band I want to hear is playing there.

The Stiefel Theatre is a great little theatre in the great little Kansas town of Salina. We are here to hear and see Gordon Lightfoot and as usual we enjoyed a super show . We have been to other shows here and all of them have been very enjoyable. We learned early on that the best seats were located in the balcony on the front row if you reserve early enough! You have a great view and the acoustics are quite good! Both concert and theatre tickets are available and the prices are quite reasonable. Where else can you enjoy eclectic music, comedy acts, classic films and the Salina Symphony all found in this 1931 Art Deco Theater! If you haven't been here stop by for a visit!

Great small venue theatre that attracts some excellent talent. Tonight we're listening to Gordon Lightfoot. We come to hear the groups, singers and bands of our youth. Crazy they got old and we didn't. lol These old theaters are so ornate and opulent, they just can't be duplicated today. Comfortable seats and a drink in a plastic cup. Doesn't sound that great but we love the ambience. There isn't a bad seat in the place. We come to hear the best of the best and haven't been disappointed yet. Check their schedule and be ready, the good shows sell out very early. Gordon Lightfoot is a sell out.

Went there for a concert. 45 minutes into the show I step out to get a drink only to find out they shut down all concessions after 30 minutes! No beer, no pop, I couldnt even buy a water! It didnt help that all the water fountains were broken and the only bathroom downstairs is a single stall. I dont care if they resurrect John Lennon from the dead for a one nighy only reunion concert, I will never go back.

Located in downtown Salina, the Stiefel Theatre is a wonderful, intimate concert venue that was restored in 2003. For a theater located in central Kansas they do a very good job of bringing in quality, big-name talent. We just saw Martina McBride and a few years ago we drove out to see Bonnie Raitt. Both shows were wonderful. For those living in the KC area, it's a nice little road trip, a straight shot out I-70, about 2.5 hours.

What a beautiful place. My friend was married here on New Year's eve. A great venue that has been completely updated and bought back to it's 1930's art moderne / deco glory.

I love going to the Stiefel Theatre in Salina -- that is when I can afford the tickets! This historic movie theatre that has been transformed into a place for live entertainment is absolutely beautiful. I like sitting in the balcony, upper rows for several reasons #1 ticket price is usually less 2. Acoustics are great 3. I can stand and dance if I want to and don't worry about blocking someones views.
