Horrible experience. I left with a cut in my toe from the callous tool and cuts on the sides of my nails from having the sides filed with a sharp edged file. My fingers were sore and bled from her pushing on the skin attached to the sides of my nails and the cuticle underneath my nail.

I am beyond unhappy with how my nails turned out. I showed the nail tech my reference photo and she laughed and made them look awful. The line work is ridiculous and the nail length is totally uneven. Do not go here!!!

Very disappointed in Stella Nails and Spa. I had made an appointment for Wednesday evening for my boyfriend and I to come in to get manicures at 6 and they said that was good. We got there at 6 and sat in the corner until 6:15. They had us come over and sit down and had me pick a color thinking it would take me 15 minutes to pick a color. They then brought a chair and set it behind me and made my boyfriend sit there, even though he had an appointment too. At about 6:30 they put the foil on my nails to remove my previous manicure and didn't come back over to me till 6:50. I made an appointment so I could get in at 6 and get my nails, not wait 50 minutes before they even started and for them to make my boyfriend just sit behind me. I decided to leave once they took my polish off because I just knew that it was going to take forever. No one even looked in my direction and thought about helping me. It's ridiculous that they said 6 was a good time for an appointment but it clearly wasn't. Horrible way of running a business and horrible staff. I will not be coming back.
