Steamatic

We had a water leak fr our Basement ceiling Thaler the a large stain on the carpet. We tried our own carpet cleaner and two different stain removers with no success. We called Steamatic of Wichita. They came out and cleaned it. It looked great While wet but the stain came back as it dried. Their office called a few days later and asked if we were satisfied. I told them I thought the guys did their best to remove the stain but it had come back. They asked if they could come back and try again. They did and got ALL go the stain out. Fantastic job.
