Spring Clean Laundromat

This used to be a great laundromat, but they have lowered the heat on the dryers. You can run the clothes through three times on high heat and they still are not dry.

Nice place with plenty of different size washers to choose from. Angeliq, the attendant, did a fine job. She was constantly assisting patrons, as well as, cleaning the equipment. I thought prices were very good, but I would suggest they provide more seating. On busy days, I'm guessing most people are standing while their laundry gets done.

Exactly what you want in a basic laundromat. Exceptionally, well-maintained, spacious, and bright. A very helpful attendant and decent prices.

Over 84 degrees inside the building. They've been here for years so I'm not sure what excuse they would give??? They made the switch from coin to Bluetooth but can provide air conditioning? Wild

The spring clean laundromat I went to on 29th street in wichita, kansas was not clean. The tops of the machines were dirty. I asked the young woman attendant for a damp cloth to wipe the tops myself, I did not want whatever that was on my laundry. Several of the machines were in the same shape. The floors were nasty as well. She told me I could not use the machines because someone else was. These machines were empty and open .She said to go somewhere else. This was about 10:30 am on 10/22/20 .I shall not return to this place to be spoken to so rudely and with such disrespect.

Spring Clean's are the best in town. Open 24/7, clean, big and bright. Machines usually are 100% operational, vending and snack machines well stocked and working. I love Spring Cleans and will always use them over any other coin laundry.

Went to the laundry on Webb Road. A gentleman left his clothes in the washer. The attendant was down right rude to him. He came over and said something to the attendant. She literally screamed at him. Saying dude I work here. She was screaming at the top of her lungs. At this customer. We went about 11:00 am Sept 29. This woman needs to be terminated.

Someone is always on duty keeping the laundry clean and spotless. Courteous on duty attendants.

I would give this place 5 stars bc it's probably one of the few cleanest laundry mats that doesn't over charge for having new machines or the cleanliness but the few times I've been here, I get my change shorted or even have Canadian coins, normally don't have a problem with the attendant switching it out, but this particular woman, had a nasty hostile attitude that told me that they couldn't help figure out or compensate 1 quarter being short. As I exchanged 2 5s and only used $9 on washers and $1 soaps. She mentioned as it was "above her pay grade", continued to talk about how it was just 1 quarter, in the laundry mat it's a whole dryer that I could have used. Its really not about the 1 quarter it's the customer service and the nasty attitude I received when I mentioned I was missing 1 quarter even as walking away, your attendants shouldn't be yelling upon first contact. 1 person can ruin the whole experience and maybe you should reconsider for having nasty attendants who don't do much to help your customers or bring religion as to why I shorted a quarter.

Since my household washing machine is inoperable, I am thankful I chose Spring Clean Laundromat. The clean, spacious area welcomed my family with ample space for reading, working, and watching television while washing several loads of laundry. The machines, folding stations, and carts were sanitized, quiet, and available. The cheerful attendant carefully checked machines for proper functionality, and insured surfaces and floors were spotless.Thanks for providing a safe environment.
