Very friendly service, loved the little nook for kids playing area, my family enjoys your food. We will be back again!

Fantastic food at a very low price. Very fun and unique menu with wonderful sides. Owner is so friendly and works hands-on with each customer. Locally sourced beef and homemade sauces and drinks. Our first time to Manhattan and we will return before we depart for another burger.

Loving that Sparks is located on Seth Child! It's one of the best burger spots and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. They have the best gluten free burger I have ever had! The potato dippers have a great shape to grab the perfect amount of sauce especially the sparks sauce and honey mustard! Ms Jenny and staff were so kind and had such attentive and prompt service. Go to spot for a laid back date night! We finished our date with chocolate malt shake and cookies and cream shake. It was 10 outta 10!

So, I decided to go on a regular weekday this time...Insanely good. I got a double BBQ Boom burger along with the potato dippers. The burger was delicious, and just the right size this time. The dippers were crispy, salty, fluffy on the inside, and went great with the various sauces (get all of them) The staff were very kind and attentive as well. I ended up talking to the owner briefly and she is a blast. What a good experience.

BEST BURGER IN MAHATTAN KANSAS!!!I cannot say enough about how GREAT this place is!!!The burgers are WONDERFUL. The caramelized onions on one of our burgers was so yummy. Oh, and get it with mushrooms too.And my Veggie burger was so off the chain great, that I am plotting my next trip to Sparks!And while you are there, get the fried pickles. Genny has the perfect touch to all her food. Go eat at this wonderful place. It is worth the trip. And don't forget your swag. Was in the area in business and searching for lunch that was the same 'ol. Found these guys on Yelp! and super glad I did. Cute place right in downtown. Friendly service that greeted me with a smile almost as soon as I walked in.Explained to me their menu and how everything was locally sourced and left me to decide. Ended up with a big burger with all the goods and it was bomb. Super glad I found this place and will definitely be back. Price was reasonable as well. Cheers!

Sparks is a really quaint spot for a burger in Manhattan, love that everything is locally sourced and the different burger selections were unique and varied. Sauces were delicious and so were the home fries! The only thing I would recommed is to order the extra burger patti as they are quite thin.

Owner very welcoming & friendly. Like the idea of local products being used. But felt it was just an ordinary hamburger & overpriced. Our bill for two was $35 for burgers & fries.
