What a great experience! I walked in to see if they could fit me in, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Amie will be my nail technician forever now! I cannot express enough how she made my ideal nails come to life! Amie was so sweet and accommodating! Not to mention she did a flawless job! I am obsessed with these nails!!! Thank you so much Amie!!!

Well... I do like their service. They actually spend at least 45 mins to an hr to do mani or pedi. I feel relaxed and pampered compare to other cheaper nail salons. You get a little bit of massage in the process of getting your nails done, hint the name of the place. Tran-my nail technician was gentle and light with my nails. I will definitely go back the next time I want to spoil myself!

My first time here & I will be back. The salon was very pleasant & clean. Staff was all masked & they seemed to have very consistent sanitation procedures that I saw them doing throughout my visit. I had the Super Mint pedicure. It was very elaborate but my feet & calves feel great.

I think they should work on better customer service and quality work. I went in for my birthday and felt like they were racing to get me in and out. Rushed me to pick my color and all. The massage wasn't even enjoyable or relaxing since she was such in a hurry and for the price I paid it's not worth it. My pedicure is terrible also. Sad to have felt this way especially being my first time visiting this salon.

l've been at SpaRenity twice for acrylics. The service was disappointing , and not the best quality. She put acrylic over my skin and she did not do anything about my cuticles. She took her nail and physically pushed my cuticles back and then covered it with acrylic. It did not seem like she was focused, and she was more concerned about scheduling people in. The service felt rushed. Also there was major lifting after a few days. My new nail tech was surprised they let me walk out like that. For paying how much l did, l expected more.

I sent my girl here in hopes the one bad review was just a mistake and that she'd come home with pretty nails. She wanted a simple two tone blue acrylic set and paid $60. The service was rushed, her cuticle's weren't done at all throughout the service. The nails look as if they do not fit her natural nails and are too small. There was glue coming out from underneath the nail and pushed into her skin causing a small cut. She said the tech was rough with her nails and she felt rushed the entire time of the service.
