Spangles

First time eating at this fast-food business. I had been prior for ice cream. Ordered the steak burgers with the onion rings on them and BBQ sauce. Delicious! The seasoned fries yummy! This is my go to when I feel a burger temptation. The sign at drive-thru window says " plz be patient, but worth the wait"! It was worth it!

DO NOT pull forward. They will NOT get your order right. Every time I pull forward they forget something. I quess the 5 minutes we are waiting they forget about everything we ask for !! They are just as bad as McDonalds when it comes to getting the order correct.

My first time at Spangles and I really enjoyed it. I got a Sourdough Steak and Egg value pack, which included a small order of hash brown nuggets and a 12 oz orange juice slush. It reminded me of a Steak and Shake or even a Braums but better. The sandwich was hot, fresh, and filling and I LOVED that orange juice slushy! I got there right when they opened so the service was quick and friendly. I will for sure return in the future and try the Mushroom and Swiss burger that they have, it looked delicious!

I tell ya what! I have visited several Spangles since meeting me now husband a year ago and making 3 hour trips almost every weekend to see each other we would eat at Spangles and I have never EVER been disappointed at all. Like every location I have been to has been SUPERIOR service!!!! Like made to order smoking hot everything like I love their fries! They have the best fried ever like just right crispy and not too salty like PERFECTION! now we just need a Spangles in Pratt, KS!!! Help us out over here! Business would be BOOMING!!!

Great local joint for steakburgers, shakes, breakfast, and even gyros. Their sourdough mushroom swiss burger, classic gyros, and fries are my favorite items on the menu. Spangles is a must-have whenever I am in Wichita.

Fast super friendly service! Family of three ate for $19. I think it's a step up fromReg fast food. My burger had super fresh tomatoes and lettuce. We all enjoyed our food. Fries were hot and a lot of them so we couldn't finish our meals. It's a good place for a quick meal.Updated review: When the food and service is right, I still stand by the original review. However, over the last few months the drive through has been unbearable. Today, they got our order wrong three times. By the time I left the food was getting cold. Nobody likes cold fries. More often than not they forget an item from the order, we have to go in and ask for it to be made right, which we don't want to do since that's why we went through the drive thru. They are not short stuffed so I'm not sure what the problem is.

I don't know why the hell I did, but I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting on 2 people. As soon as I pulled up to the ordering station, the girl said just a minute. I waited about 5 min and then asked hello? A guy replied just a minute in a really rude tone. The place really wasn't busy. Hardly any cars in the lot so I don't understand why it was so slow. Girl at the place you get your food didn't even apologize or offer a coupon that they are supposed to when the wait is long.

I have been in a fast food rut and my breakfast here added to it. I had ordered the bacon, egg and cheese sourdough meal. The tots were decent, the iced coffee was good, but the sandwich was burnt. Being that the food is "made fresh to order", this should've been remade and not given to the customer.

Enjoy eating here - convenient to many places we need to go - can be pricey - but the kids meals and $ 5 American combo are very reasonable and make the cost lower than other burger places - wonderful inexpensive cones - enjoy the loyalty program - easy to do - nice to support a local business
