Spangles

This review goes specifically to their breakfast items.Back in Cali we have Johnny Rockets and in KS it's Spangles. This old traditional 60s type burger diner is a popular one. I just love the design from the outside; old chrome look with a midwestern/southern feel to it. Their breakfast items are the best I've had as far as fast food goes. I ordered their sourdough bread with sausage & eggs and their sourdough bread with diced ham % eggs w/ melted cheese. These run about $2-$3 but will do the job for sure. I LOVE their hash browns!! their almost like tater tots but more crispy and buttery tasting. For only $3 you can get a large 16 oz cup filled with tater tots! they aren't too salty either and they have a McDonalds nugget type size. Hands down this business is one that I'll continue to go to especially for breakfast!

Saw the sign about the new onion ring bites so I stopped. These are pretty good! They were fresh and very crunchy. Perfect little snack. You do get a little bit more than pictured, we were noshing on them before I remembered to get a picture.

Plan on pulling up in the drive thru window even though there is no car behind you, this is a sells tat-tic you get a coupon very annoying I hate going thru there drive thru because of this!!. I miss the Foster farm corn dogs!! Little pricey good fries & drinks but their hamburger meat has pieces of bone like substance in it I do not recommend their burgers.

I have eaten here for years and been happy but I can never eat hear again because I believe my food was deliberately sabotaged by the cook. I order a hamburger with no cheese and no catchup and it was reflected as such on the receipt. But when she read the order back to me, I could not hear what she was saying so I just repeated my order to make sure. Well they must have decided I was some kind of jerk because my hamburger was burnt and had extra cheese and the bun was drenched with catchup. Another clue was when I pulled up to pay, I could see the cook came out from the back to get a look at me and he and the other crew members were kinda laughing about something. I thought nothing of it until I looked at what they served me. Sadly, I can never eat at this location again. I will still eat at other Spangles just not that one on Central and Woodlawn.

Shorted a burger on drive thru. One burger we did get was not appetizing and granddaughter didn't eat it. They did give me a replacement burger after I drove back and a free medium fries. Andover location. Guess I won't be back.

I hadn't tried this burger before, so I didn't know what it was supposed to taste like?. It was the only meal that I ate all day. Later that night, I was stuck on the toilet for 30 mins. And at 1:30 in the morning, I was vomiting. One thing for sure, I know it was due to this food.

honestly the best food I ever had I ordered the crunch wrap supreme and the cinnamon twist and the Baja blast and the beefy burrito which made me a little queasy and bloated but I enjoyed every bite. I had explosive diarrhea and was on the toilet for 28 hours guess you could say I Baja blasted the toilet , would recommend for anyone and will definitely be back

The food there was terrible. I would rather eat monkey s*** than ever pay for that food again. I went to the Spangles in Park City kansas. Big mistake. It gave me food poisoning. They don't have the same fries or barbecue sauce. It was terrible. They put so much salt on their fries that I could have mummified a dead body! There was so much salt on their fries that I could have destroyed an entire race of snails!!world wide!My fries tasted like Renee Stevens looks. That's saying a lot. gross! I will never eat there again. I could have bought 12 cheeseburgers at McDonald's. At least there you know what you get. Horrible experience. Horrible service. Disgusting food. Terrible place to visit. I think the employees there we're drinking the alcohol they serve now. Terrible place to eat. I can't begin to tell you how sick I am right now. If I go to the emergency room I'm going to sue these people. These people and their food are ate up like a dick sandwich at a gay Pride Parade. Never again. I've seen cat litter that looks tastier than the food that I bought. I'd rather eat the cup that the drink was in than the food I was served. I'd rather be dipped in a pool of gasoline and set on fire than ever eat there again. In case you can't tell, the experience was horrible. I would rather eat the scrapings underneath my truck seat. I would rather eat dirty moldy wet cat food than their fries. They're crusty crusty fries. I would rather eat processed goat poop and hair then eat their food ever again.

i don't care about any of these bad reviews these are the best fries i have ever had and you can't convince me otherwise. crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. absolutely slaps

they are supposed to open at 6:30am. 6:39 parking lot still dark. Has happened before covid, so not related.
