South Seneca Car Care is the most reliable, honest, fair, professional auto shop in town. Dennis always takes the time to explain what is needed and the options. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I moved to Wichita four years ago. It's very hard starting over. Especially finding a mechanic you can TRUST.

I own a used car dealership and service center in Chicago so I know alot about this industry and the way it operates (which is not always the best). I had a customer car break down in Wichita and thus ran into South Seneca car care. The owner, Coleen, was competent, friendly and very reasonable with price. She even suggested a lower cost way to fix the car than putting a new part on (which means if you have an older car that you want to really drive into the ground, she can help you do so in a manner that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg). Based on my interaction I would highly recommend her shop for your automotive needs!

Ok so i just got home from South seneca car care. I was told by another repair shop that the rattling noise in my engine was that i needed to replace my power steering pump. On getting a third opinion from South Seneca, my repair cost went from $4500.00 to $600.00. I met Coleen the owner, and David the customer care rep. They offered me free wifi while i did my school work, free coffee, i think i found me an honest repair shop!!. If you are looking for a good repair shop, here it is. South Seneca Car Care, they will take care of you.

This is the only place I will ever take my vechile. I have always used and trust south Seneca car car for any repair or oil changes.

Took my car in for an AC repair. The estimate ended up being 200 dollars lower than the what I was charged. They left my car seats and upolstry a disgusting mess which will cost me an additional 200 bucks to clean. I'd been taking my cars there for 12 years. Never again.

Charged hundreds for unnecessary car repair which didn't improve car drivability any.

I use SSCC for my breathalyzer every month and I have never had any problems at all. Clean and safe environment during these questionable times. The girl up front is the owner and she is absolutely awesome. Definitely recommend this place. And for the bad reviews above, you had one bad visit but many good visits. Thanks SSCC!
