I have been a client at Source Salon for years, and always leave feeling great. The people are all very kind and knowledgeable. I know that the stylists work to maintain the highest standards in the industry, and the shop is beautiful and clean. It seems like such a small thing, but they have recently changed hair products, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The Eufora line of hair care resulted in an unsolicited comment on how great my hair looked. Good stuff! I easily give the Salon five stars and highly recommend them.

I got my haircut and colored by Amira. I have never been here or to see Amira before which is a little nerve-racking with hair, but I was SO pleased with the result and the experience. The salon does a good job of making you feel safe, enforcing handwashing and masks, and maintaining clean practices!

I was really disappointed today by the source salon. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and was met in the lobby by the front desk personnel. I told her who I was and who I was there to see, and she said it would be a few minutes. 25 minutes later I went to the desk to reschedule because my stylist still had half the person's hair to do yet. I can understand a few minutes, but overbooking is unprofessional and discourteous. I went to the front desk and saw that the staff member was on the phone so I stood there waiting until she was done. She covered the mouthpiece and said, "yes?". I told her I wanted to reschedule, and she went back to her phone conversation. At one point she was interrupting me to talk to them and vice versa. I made the appointment, but I'm not sure if I'm going back. Unprofessionalism and rudeness are a lot to take in on an afternoon that was supposed to be fun and relaxing!
