I'm giving them three stars for service, because the ladies who work here are incredibly kind! I was offered water and given the utmost attention during my nail appointment. However, I'm really sad because I asked for a chrome gel manicure, and wasn't told chrome was $15.00 until after my appt. I definitely should have asked but just assumed it was like 5-8 dollars extra. I feel like if it's $15.00 on top of 35.00 they should have mentioned it. Also, my nail polish is completely peeling after less than two days. I paid a total of $55.00 plus tip so almost $60.00, which I was also shocked with after finishing my appointment. The gel manicure wasn't anything too in depth, my nails got soaked & filed, and then polish was put on. :( no hand massage or too much prep before polish and then the gel light.So sadly, I don't think I'd recommend this one.

Hanna exceeded my expectations! I had a pedi from her last week and went in today for tips and shellac...I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she nailed it. She's so sweet and very thorough! Already have my next appt set up and will be a repeat customer!

Really love the service and the friendly staff here! When I visit Wichita, it's a must! They take time out to make you feel welcomed and special. I get the full service here of manicure and pedicure here. Beautiful work!Thank you, Solace Staff! I will continue to be a repeating client!

I used to to go Solace nails for their fast service and convenience aspect that they offer, but that changed after the last time I went. I usually get dip on my nails, but I wanted to give my nails a break, so I went ahead and got a regular French manicure. I was shocked with the result. First, the lady asked me to pay before she did my nails, which I thought was odd. Then she did my nails in about 10 minutes. She never asked how thick I wanted the white part of the French manicure to be, and when she was "done" with my nails, she did not say anything to me. She got up and walked away. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for her to come back while the rest of the staff were walking past and staring at me, obviously confused as to why I was still there. If she had returned I would've asked her to redo them, and I felt bad inconveniencing the rest of the staff because the salon was pretty busy. I eventually left and will NEVER return.

Had a great pedicure and manicure with Kimmey today! I showed her a photo of the design I wanted and she did a great job at making sure the colors were correct and the design was perfect. Reasonably priced at $65 for gel mani and polish pedi. I would definitely recommend this salon and make sure you call ahead for an appointment. They can get pretty busy on the wknds.

I found this place while looking for somewhere to get my eyebrows waxed. I was happily surprised at how pretty it was inside, and very clean. My technician was very nice and even though it was only a 5-10 minute service, made friendly conversation.I will definitely be back for other services!

Rushed my eyebrows and after getting done they looked the same as they did when I came in. She Didn't take none from the bottom and they look uneven. Would not recommend for waxing.

The BEST customer service! My pedicure was AMAZING! Will for sure be my go to spot from now on!

The owner (I believe she was the owner) told me it would be a 5 minute wait and she pointed to an employee saying she's almost done with her customer and we will be next. I even asked her if we would be able to be done at a certain time because we had an appt we had to leave her. She said yes. After 20 minutes of waiting the employee got done with her customer and called another customer to her station to start her nails! We left and will not be back. The place was dirty too. I don't appreciate being lied to and that's what she did.

Fast, Susan was very nice and I really liked how my nails turned out. Also it was $25 with a tip which is half of what I usually pay.
