Kind and compassionate staff, as you'd expect. The venue is also beautiful and conveniently located on Rock Road. We appreciated their flexibility in changing arrangements "on the fly" in response to rapidly deteriorating weather conditions. The staff was easy to work with despite having make plans from a distance. And on a morbid but appreciated note, their embalming work was very good and natural looking.

Went to the Derby office to make arrangements for our sons service, Christopher was extremely professional caring made sure that everything we needed was taken care during one of the most emotional times of lives, everything was beautifully prepared all details of the service went smoothly. The compassion that ever staff member showed to us made us know our son was taken care with the utmost respect. We couldn't have made through this without them.
