I wish they let us go to 10 stars and that's where I would put them. Outstanding and amazing and fun and wonderful... I am not sure what words I can use to describe every single person at Smile Connections Family Dental. They are all so pleasant!!Excellent Dentists as well. Dr. Meng and Dr. Volker make you feel super comfortable and ensure you have a great visit each and every time.You are a dadblamed fool if you go elsewhere for your dentistry. These folks rock.

I gave them a chance after my dentist died, and I liked them at first. Over time, I grew to dislike the experience. The appointments were unnecessarily slooooow and the cleanings were not very thorough. I felt like some of the hygienists were a little hostile towards me.

At Smile Connections caring about their patients is not just a advertising slogan. Last weekend I lost a crown and called for an appointment to get it fixed. They quickly got me in and fixed the crown quickly and efficiently. My hygienist was very friendly and reassuring and worked efficiently. She made the experience much less scary and much more pleasant. Dr. Volker even came in to make sure everything went smoothly and my problem was fixed. I highly recommend this dental group. They really do care about their patients.
