Smart Cab

So thankful for DZ and their quick response. Within 10 minutes someone was at my door, and I was able to get where I needed to be, on time. All businesses have busy times and slow times, but I believe they try hard to accommodate their customers' needs as best they can, and they do a great job. I appreciate this business and their service to Emporia. Not all smaller towns have such a service, so thank you DZ Cab Line!

It's gone down hill. Used to be a friendly voice that answers. Now someone who is almost sounding angry. Always says they are busy and it is going to be a little bit longer than normal. Then gets upset if you make other arrangements. Will randomly block your phone number for doing this. If you call to check in with them about the wait they will also block you. It's usually just a certain older man who is frazzled and upset with how busy they get during rush hour. He then takes his frustrations out on the customer by blocking them. I've opened new accounts in order to be able to call in hopes that he isn't working the phone that day. Usually if it's anyone else working it's not such a bad experience. However, as soon as grumpy learns the new number is connected with my address it becomes blocked. This last Sunday my family and I missed church because of this wingnut. DO NOT MAKE PLANS THAT DEPEND ON THIS COMPANY!

They are always consistent and helpful on getting me where I need to be. When it takes me a while to get my grocceries together or whatever it is I'm doing they are always patient and helpful. :)

Once again, I have to praise the excellent service and helpfulness of DZ Cab and its drivers. I am handicapped and they never fail to make sure that I don't need help -- if I did they would give it. I have never had a driver who was anything but courteous, professional, and a good ambassador for DZ CAB and Emporia. Recently, I came home from the ER and needed the support of the driver to get to the front door -- he helped me -- got me to the door and safely inside -- even asked if he should call someone. If that isn't really good service, I don't know what is! In addition their rates are very reasonable. I don't know about their competition because I never felt the need to call anyone else for a taxi.If you're in a bad mood when you call -- the manager might be a bit short with you but, never in any of my conversations with him, has he been the least bit rude or discourteous. On the other hand, he has been courteous and helpful when I first used DZ Cab. I didn't know what to expect -- but,their service exceeded my expectations. Thank you, DZ Cab: 620 366 0500

If I could rate them zero, I would they are the most unprofessional trashy Trailor trash white people I've ever met. Very disgusting ass people don't use their service. It's a complete rip off the town is way too small for the prices they charge. I actually got into it with the owner. He was very disgusting and unprofessional cursed and had a lot of bad things to say. I feel very disrespected as a paying customer I will never ever utilize their services again if they were the last cab company on the Earth then I told them I would not be using their services anymore, and they took it upon themselves to block my number as if I truly cared and I didn't. I just really want to write a review on them because they were the worst people ever met in my life driving cabs.

I called in 30 min early for cab right, cause it's 3 degrees weather, and they told me I have to wait 45 minutes cause they are busy, problem is I would be late to work, so I called work to let them know I was gonna be late , because I was not trying to ride my bike in sub zero weather while Snowing. So 45 minutes later I call and they told me it' would be 45 minutes, like really dude, I just waited 45 min, and I'm already late and it's still 45 min, so I had no other choice but to ride my bike to work in 3 degree weather. And since I was late to work I couldn't have a lunch break. So I still had to ride my bike back to my parents house in the cold.

I don't ever bother leaving reviews to anyone. This the most unprofessional outfit I have run into. I'm not gonna bother wasting my time, articulating our correspondence, for a ride. You will know the deal as soon as you call this sorry Mfer. If you take the chance to ride with this guy, don't count on him picking you up. I didn't bother taking the chance to ride with him. He answers the phone like he is doing you a favor. If I had the money to do so, I would move down here, just to work as a cab driver to put him out of business for half the money. There is no lyft or uber. This guy is the only option to get a cab service in emporia. I'll pay someone 20 bucks to drive a mile somewhere or walk before utilizing someone like this. Really bothers me he doesn't have competition and able to run a business with that kind of attitude and nonchalance. WALK!

A great Cab Service I was broke down in Emporia needed a ride she was fast picking up and I brought back she was very nise

Every time I call, they answer. Some days they are busier than normal, I suggest calling at least 30 mins before you must be somewhere (even though I have never had to wait that long); however, even when busy, the cab company provides extraordinary and safe service! Thank you DZ Cab!

Called for a cab and the said they were on their way. Waited 20 minutes in the rain and eventually gave up. They never called to say they were there. My safety was put on the line because I had to walk home in the pouring rain at 1am. I do not recommend this taxi service.
