The only reason I am rating this 2 stars is because I've had two drivers that are worth using this cab service for. One driver is wonderful, always tries to get you from point A to point B as quick as he can while abiding by the street laws, customer service is absolutely wonderful from him. The second one is right in the middle, customer service has been alright, speed is also alright, not much to say, communication could be better.The last one is bottom of the barrel and I'm amazed that he even has this job still. He has no sense of direction, priority, communication, speed, basically anything that makes you worth it in the sense of being a cab driver. The amount of stars I will give is solely based on whether or not he loses his job or just shapes up in general cause this is fucking ridiculous. When he's driving we have no idea how long it's going to take him to get here or how long it's going to take us to get to our destination either because he genuinely what the queue is going to look like. I hope it changes because 2/3 drivers are genuinely wonderful cab drivers and their image is being negatively impacted heavily due to this one driver.

I moved here a month ago and started ysing this service since i dont have a car atm. Its the cheapest taxi service i can find in town and theres a great driver who communicates to you and doesnt get snappy when you ask a question.then there is a driver who talks incredibly slow without trying to give you any information. He takes 20 minutes to pick you up without warning you there is a queue. He only says 'somebody will come get you in a few minutes'. getting across town takes 5 minutes guys its a small town. When you call to ask if you will be picked up soon, no matter how polite you are, he gets snappy telling you then and only then there are other rides and 'you arent above them' which i never claimed to be. i wrote this late to work on his ride. I hope this man starts to be a little mor considerate because just a warning would have let me prepare my boss for my absent better. I should have arrived with 10 minutes to spare and im 10 minutes lateEDIT: 1 starI called once again 30 minutes early, to go across the town it takes 5 minutes to cross. The bad driver andwered the phone saying there was no wait and that hed be hre in a few minutes. Well he hadnt shown up 30 minutes later so we called again. He said that if this was a work pick up we needed to call 45 minutes ahead of time. FOR WHAT? it takes 5 minutes to get across town in a car! He skmply hung up when we pointed out that HE was late. He has no sense of direction yet there is a gps right in his hand. He doesnt care about speed, communication, or any common sense. Even went to the wrong address. Were regulars with the service at this point and he knew who he was picking up. id rather make the 40 minute walk across town at this point. The other drivers are nice but its too much of a risk to get this guy and keep your job. Its not worth it if your just going to be lied to and then ignored when confronting him with his own faults
