Beware of high supplies prices. You can get the supplies such as masks, tubing etc. MUCH cheaper online from many vendors including Amazon. If you don't have an extremely low insurance deductible it will be cheaper to buy yourself.

I had to have an at home sleep test required for insurance and supplies every 10 years. The first night the test equipment turned off 1 and 1/2 hours into the test. Not the equipments fault just could have rolled over onto it . When I brought my equipment in I asked them to check . They did . So they gave me a watch type device the second time and it went great . They also sell unusual travel cpap pillows and other things. Have all your cpap supplies at market cost similar to online retail.

Don't even. They said I was going to be charged $50. There was ZERO mention of more charges. Then I get a bill in the mail for an additional $345. Uh no! I don't think so!I see other people have had this billing problem with them saying one thing and charging another. I asked the same question "How much is this going to cost me?" I was told $50. I've already been billed by some neurologist I never even saw for the testing. That was shady enough, but this is exceptionally bad.

The customer service here is awful. I was referred by my doctor 4 weeks ago. I have called numerous times with no help as of yet. I requested with my doctor this morning to send me somewhere else. They advised her this would be taken care of today. It is currently 3:20 and I still have not heard from them. Reading the other reviews with this company is telling me to call my doctor back and do something different.

Great experience with Sleeptopia. The testing device was clean and the services was prompt and professional. I did some searches online before deciding to schedule and the positive reviews across the board for here was really consistent with the service I received. The fact I could do this test at home made a world of difference. Very appreciative of them providing the service and I highly recommend going here for a sleep study and CPAP.

Billy was great at presenting and answering questions about my sleep study. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of masks - presented pros and cons on the different styles and helped me troubleshoot when having a problem

Worst company ever! Shady billing, horrible customer service. They will bill you over and over and cannot explain what you're being billed for. Same complaints over and over. Use a different company.

I think both the Wichita and Lenexa employees and customers would be much happier if management were replaced. You can not have a successful business if both managers lack emotional intelligence, empathy and basic human compassion.

I was able to perform the sleep study at home without having to stay overnight anywhere. I felt extremely welcomed by the staff; extremely judgment free. Everything was extremely easy to understand and altogether super helpful!
