Paid for a new mattress. When it was delivered, the plastic was open and my mattress was dirty. I asked the delivery guys why it wasn't sealed and they responded with "it was probably a loaner mattress or a return". Furniture is loaned out for days to months, then returned and sold as new according the delivery guys. The delivery guys were amazing and I appreciate their honesty. Someone else has already used the "new" mattress they sold me! Asked for my money back, they refused and only gave me in-store credit. Makes me wonder how many "loaners" came back with bed bugs, roaches, lice, fleas, or any other creatures. Will never shop at Sleep Shoppe or the Clearance Center again.

I ordered a new bed. The salesman was very unprofessional making sex noises as we were trying to make our decision. The delivery was set up for Tuesday which was out of town. 5 minutes before it was to be delivered they called and canceled due to the weather. earlier that morning they told us that they had someone sideswiped a vehicle that is why they canceled. I understand the weather gets bad but I think a little bit more notice since we took off the whole day off from work would have been more appropriate and the sex noises is very unprofessional and very poor customer service I will never step foot back in sleep shop the owner Kevin is very rude and does not even says he's sorry but nothing was done didn't even want to give us a refund at first and finally did I should not have to ask for refund when we haven't even received the product services were not rendered like they were supposed to be. Do not go to sleep shop go elsewhere. I think something should be done to the employee for making SEX SOUNDS. I understand safety is an issue but calling 5 minutes before you are to be their is poor service. Then you didn't want to deliver till Thursday. But you made a delivery to buhler on wed and your driver's pulled out in front of traffic and almost caused a wreck. Everyone knew the weather was going to be bad a call should have been made earlier in the day.
