Skyway Dodge Chysler Jeep Ram

I was supposed to get one of the numerous recalls done for our cars which we've have quite a few over the years from Chrysler. He also scheduled an oil change and it would take a hour. I was sick from getting a covid booster the day before. They pushed my service back and didn't bother to even let me know. I waited for four hours that I could have been resting all that time I finally got ahold of them after four hours to find out they have not even started on my car. I went and got my car back even though nothing has been done they have inconvenience me enough . These guys need to close down I no longer have a dealer for my cars. Customers are never priority one here.

This place is trash‍ awful service, bought a car from their first day broke down, took them over a month for to give us car back because "they couldn't find a $15 part", yes you still have to make your payments, to this day it's been over a year and what ever they was suppose to fix never got fixed even tho we paid the fee for them to fix it 3 time. Now they won't fix it cause warranty is up but they never fixed anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! We have problems with them all the time! I was warned bout this place but thought it was the people now I see it's the business...I rate this place in the negative

Best Damn Dealership in America. I think they have the best customer service, the best finance department! Very Professional. The Management is incredible. I love the Ram 3500 they sold me! I drove from Houston and they had me speechless. Great Guys I will bet the house on them!Ask for Sales Associate "Mitchell Brooks" to be young! He Fantastic

I bought a car from Rowdy DeMarquette and he told me my payment would be 100 dollars less than what it actually was. He lied to me to make the sale and told me it doesn't matter because I signed the paperwork. What ever you do, don't buy from this guy! Not to mention the fact that he sexually harassed me while I was buying the car. He told me wanted to take me to the back of the dealership and bend me over.

I thought this place was pretty cool at first, they were able to get me in to a vehicle very quickly. What they have in efficiency that lack in ethics, because after the 2018 Subaru Crosstrek blew up on the highway 3 days later, the salesman threatened to charge my card for the vehicle anyway even though it wasn't running. I had a panic attack and struggled to dial 911 in their office with a sales guy just sitting there keeping on working. These guys can talk a nice game but really they are just another dirtbag rat company.This vehicle broke down on me on Monday, the second day of actual use of the vehicle, and I didn't make it home till 4AM. It cost me 2 days on a work project and now I'm stuck in a hotel for a week till it's finished. I TOLD them I drive for a living as an engineer, but they did not even contact me for a week with any information. They did not offer me a rental. They did not offer me a replacement. They act like I should be happy that they are so generous to replace a transmission on a used piece of....lemon I didn't really want in the first place(I told them I wanted an EV) but that beaded guy talked me in to it.It's been almost 2 weeks since this thing broke down, and they tell me it will be another week before it will be fixed, but they also aren't even sure if a new transmission will fix it, and I don't even have time to deal with this !$@# right now because of work.TLDR:These people will talk you in to buying a dried up turd on the sidewalk, only to find it's not even a real turd and your glasses are smudged.Update:Week 2 has concluded and I have not gotten any additional information or phone calls, not even an email with a tracking number. I had another panic attack while talking with my dad about this mess. Taking some time out of my schedule to post this review to a few other sites. My work has to continue, despite the temporary company issued vehicle that has no air conditioning that I've been using since for 3-5 hours a day driving. Don't go to this place.

Was able to quickly get 2015 Dodge Ram in for service appointment. Staff helpful and professional.

Worst Service I have ever had from any business. Just to get hold of the service department by phone was almost impossible. Once we did , we scheduled our appointment to get two tires put on. After 3 days of hassle and excuses they put the tires on white wall in and the other two are white wall out.We our are currently taking the vehicle back for the fourth day in a row to hopefully get the tires on the right side out and never have to deal with this company again.
