Singleterry Plumbing

We have had several great experiences with Singleterry Plumbing. On the occasion, they could not give a set time, I had them call me when they were on the way so I didn't sit and wait; that worked great. One time the plumber got held up on another job and since we needed the work done we told them we would wait for them if they knew they would be there that day. Very fair prices and fixed right the first time.

I called Gary Singleterry when we had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink. He said he was working at a rental and was only about a half mile away. Two and one half hours later he had not arrived. I called back and he said he was painting and would come when he was done and could not tell me when that would be. When I told him I had been waiting for two and a half hours he LAUGHED at me and said "I didn't know you were going to wait". What did this idiot think I was going to do. This man has no respect for his customers or for their time.
