Silver Springs Apartments

Maintenance staff are friendly and competent. Apartments are standard, livable. However, this apartment complex has a laundry room where machines frequently don't work and rip you off. I wound up using a laundromat nearby. The indoor pool is not adequately heated (if it is heated at all) and is mostly unusable, even in the summer. I only tried it twice. So the amenities they promise are subpar.My experience leaving was terrible. When you move out, they don't do a walk through with you and then later send a form letter thanking you for living there and also accusing you of causing damage. They apparently do not make any allowances for normal wear. They not only keep your deposit but also send you a bill claiming there is damage you caused. They provide no proof that what they say needed to be replaced was actually replaced, and threaten you with a collection agency from the get-go. I gave two months notice and left 10 days before my lease was up after doing two days of cleaning. And then I got an insulting letter and a bill for hundreds of dollars. I have never been treated so shabbily by an apartment complex. I called and left a message for the corporate office of CaseUSA in Tulsa to discuss and and also sent a letter of protest. I got no response. I am a responsible 67 year old woman who has owned my own home most of my life and only rented this apartment temporarily after a divorce while I looked for a house. I know how to care for my home. My credit rating is over 800. To keep my credit rating intact, I had to pay up, which felt unjust and galling. If you must live there, document everything, particularly when you move out. Take photos. Don't give the keys back without a walk through. And don't expect to get your deposit back. You've been warned.

The agent called Brooke was an a-hole and didn't try to help us at all, he make us paid and left us alone in the dark, we do not know what room and where everything is, the days we spent there were a nightmare and it was suffering staying in there.We will never come again. We would never recommend anyone to come to this place. -10/10

I have lived here for about a month and I love it. The price is great, the people are great! My door and door frame was messed up and them came over multiple times till it was 100% fixed which I really appreciated since it took coming out a few times. Highly recommend this apartment if your looking for quality and a good price. (only down fall is that it isn't that updated, but not horrible!)

Cheap apartments because they treat you like a second class citizen. don't expect to get your deposit back when you move out. They will make up crap that is wrong with your apartment to keep your deposit. Avoid this place if you can.

I enjoy living here. Pleasant staff; quiet and safe little community. Love the lake and walking trial nearby. Would highly recommend

The apartment they show you is much nicer than the one you get a key to AFTER you signed the lease. Apartment smelled of smoke, cat urine and mildew. Infested with BROWN RECLUSE spiders. Two different building fires this year. Dumpsters are often overflowing. Management is burnt out and very unenthusiastic to help residents they get constant complaints. Maintenance was ok but is just putting bandages on old gross apartments. Worst living experience of my life.

Our electric bills is around $170 every month. If you're okay with freezing the installation is great for you!

Apartment could be more modern. Appliances do not match. No microwave. No ceiling lighting. No sink sprayer. Cabinets are old, shelving is pitted so bad that shelving paper doesn't stick and the cabinet doors rarely open or close without falling into the bottom section. I ended up fixing them myself. The fire alarm activates when the stove is turned on and for some reason, the entry lights turn on and off by themselves ( go figure)Deodorizer was so overpowering when moving in, my clothes now smell of it.Maintenance quality needs big time improvement.
