Silber Spoons Catering

I had Mike at Silber Spoons Catering cater for a client I had in Overland Park for about 10 days. I contacted him via his online website and heard from him the next day. I gave him my budget and outlined my needs. He took it from there and put together, from th esounds of it - really delicious daily menus. Of course, I am not local to the area and am only in charge of coordinating the lunches for my clients' events, but from a business standpoint - it seems like Mike runs a good one and I haven't heard any complaints on the food so they MUST have happy bellies! I've read other reviews on other sites and they were outstanding - which is why I chose to go with Silber Spoon.Mike is really quick to respond and make adjustments as needed. He is reasonably priced and provided a fabulous daily menu for my clients. He delivered on time every day and when I requested drinks with the deliveries, he suggested that he would supplement the drinks from day-to-day so I wouldn't be purchasing an overload of beverages. I thought this was a nice touch because I wouldn't have known the difference either way and he could have just charged me for it and continued delivering gallons and gallons of lemonade.Invoices are easy to read and the payment process was easy. I was sent a receipt at the end of each week and there were no discrepancies. Love caterers I can trust to take care of the job for me because I have been in some really crappy situations.
