Kenneth Woodruff is probably the most unprofessional person I've ever met. His demeanor was extremely unpleasant and awkward and undoubtedly racist. When I came to him two weeks ago for an idea on a sign for my sons birthday, he acted as if it was doable but completely discriminated against me implying that what I wanted would be "too expensive" and "cost a lot" as if I was incapable of affording it. I then had to purchase a book in which was needed for the sign I wanted. I met with him a second time which he proudly told me he hadn't read any of my emails that there were "other projects" that apparently were more important. Then he told me he would get back with me in the week with an estimate. Never did. I sent a third email asking for an update with again no response. I finally went in today to collect the book and he sent the receptionist to give it to me with no apology or any explanation for basically lying and wasting my time. Terrible business.

They have multiple sign options - from the portable, retractable banner, to little, metal, engraved plaques, to large outdoor logos. They provide a great value and go out of their way to deliver above and beyond what is asked for. We highly recommend them!

This company created a great banner for one event and yard signs for another event. The product is top quality, plus the service is great. Everyone I've dealt with at this company has been a pleasure to work with. If you need signs, go local and go with Signs & Design.

We ordered a memorial sign from them. They said that they would email us a proof and that, once we approved the design, it would take about a week. They never sent us the proof, and I called twice and got no answer and no returned call. After three weeks they called to tell us to pick up the sign. It was the wrong size and had extraneous punctuation, but my mother took it and paid for it because she "didn't want to rock the boat." It's not right, and they charged her more than the estimate. They should have sent us the proof, made the sign in a timely manner and made it right. Don't trust them to be professional.
