I loved this place. If I could give them more stars, I would! Everyone was very friendly and the office was very clean and comfortable. I felt completely comfortable leaving my brand new car with these guys - which is a really big deal. Someone had backed into me and scuffed up the paint. The responsible party's insurance was a complete pain in the behind but these guys took really good care of me. They were also really helpful in setting me up with a rental through enterprise. I'll never go anywhere else for my car needs.

I took my car in for a front end fender bender. They also had to fix and repaint the hood. The customer service was great. They took the time to go over everything that was wrong and could potentially be wrong then what it would take to fix it or fix it correctly. This may not seem out if the ordinary but at no time was I "talked down to". Everything went really smooth with the other people's insurance. In sum, from start to finish they were fully professional and my car looks perfect. I was glad I listened to the recommendations I heard about this shop and entrusted my new baby to them!

I have used this repair shop several times and I have been impressed each time. The last time I used them they even delivered my car to me at work when they were finished. They are also very good about getting me in in a timely manner. Brad and the staff there are the best!

We just recently had our 2022 Ram pickup repaired at Shelton Collision Repair in Derby. The quality of the work was superior. This is not the first vehicle that we have taken to Sheltons for repairs. The work has always been flawless and done in a timely manner. We have recommended them a number of times to other people and they have also been highly satisfied. Their entire staff is very helpful and friendly, and we were kept to date on the progress. You will not be disappointed with their service.

Our car had damage to the drivers side door and had to be replaced, They went out of their way to find a used door and transfered all of the best components. The final outcome was fantastic and you could never tell that we had an issue. the paint was matched perfectly and their customer service was exceptional.

Do not use collision repair or automotive repair. Took my truck to them, hit on side with major impact on left rear. They told me they would make sure hub, bearing and axel were good, steel rim was going to be replaced due to the impact. When I got my truck back I found that one of the brake pads was completely missing. When I brought it back to them they informed me of the checks they did, basically spun the tire and made sure it didn't wiggle side to side. What they said they would do, and what they charged insurance for are 2 different things and want to charge me $400 to fix it. Makes me worry what else was missed or not completed as said. Cannot trust Sheltons Collision or automotive.
