I can't believe I haven't confessed my love for this place on yelp yet! What a shame!This salon is always poppin'. Any stylist you go to will give you the haircut you desire and deserve. They wash and rinse with some kind of product that makes me weak at the knees! MY GOD IT SMELLS WONDERFUL. I also get my eyebrows groomed here, it's quick and always on point. When I leave this salon I look and feel like a million bucks. When I want to take a risk on a hair cut, I go here and get the best advice for my face shape. Taylor is my girl but I'm sure any stylist here will get you what you want.

Man Ha has been cutting my hair for about 17 years now. She is extremely talented. If you want the very best hair cut in Wichita, book ahead! It is difficult to get an appointment, but oh so worth it. The owner and receptionists also rock. They remember you and treat you like a friend. Kind and sweet customer service. A little coffee during my haircut is nice, too! The place is cute and trendy, just across from the arena.

I have tried many many places around town because I have a specific look I want to achieve. They're definitely not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. Megan does an exceptional job on my color. I've recommended them to all my friends.

Great atmosphere that really fits its location in the arts district downtown. I needed a cut relatively quick and they were very accommodating. Everyone was incredibly friendly and most importantly the stylist did an excellent job cutting my hair. I highly recommend this fabulous salon.

Calling BS. Went once-Aubrey did fine. Today, 3 wk later had an appt for another trim. Called me 1 hour before appt (going out of town tomorrow and needed trim) and they wanted me to reschedule for next week!? LOL... Ummm... NO. Bye.

I've seen Taylor at Shelter for a couple of years now. Every interaction with her and other staff has been great. They are professional, courteous, and care about my needs. The atmosphere is fun and they have unique and interesting retail products. I love the option to book my appointments online and receive confirmations via e-mail, text or phone call. I have worked in this industry myself from the aesthetics side for nearly 20 years, so I feel confident in saying this place is worth the visit!
