Sharky's Pub & Grub

We enjoyed our meal here. Sort of loud but that's normal for a pub. Our part had fish tacos, wings and a spinach artichoke quesadilla. My mom wanted the funnel cake fries.The meals were good. I asked for no jalapeños on my quesadilla which they accommodated but it still had a kick to it, which I wasn't a fan of. The funnel cake fries were pretty amazing. Unique item and my 80 year old mom was thrilled Other dishes were good. Not the best ever but pretty tasty still. Service was good and our server was very friendly. Overall I would go back and probably get something else since I can't do spice. There were a few vegetarian options which was nice to see.

We have eaten here a few times over the past couple of years (we live a ways north) and enjoyed it each time. The menu is diverse enough for a large group to find their preferences. We always get prompt, friendly service. And they really decorated the place with lots of unique and interesting collectibles along the theme of sharks and ocean adventure. There are plenty of TVs to watch sports on.

We were in Fort Scott to visit the national historic park. After a hot day of trekking around, we decided to check out their downtown area. They actually have quite a delightful downtown area full of vibrant businesses. However, there aren't many bars to choose from, and we wanted to grab a snack and drinks.I had heard of Sharky's before, so we decided to give it a whirl. It was around 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and it was poppin'! We were still seated promptly and brought waters while we perused the menu. They have about 10 different beers on tap and several bottles and mixed drink choices. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised with their food offerings. It's better than what your typical small town bar has to offer. While there really isn't a true vegetarian "meal" option, the spinach quesadillas and the Mac & cheese grilled cheese seem to qualify as vegetarian options. Several of their sides are either vegetarian (fried mushrooms, fried cheese balls, chips & salsa, onion rings and Texas wagon wheels) or can be modified to vegetarian (nachos and potato skins). We had great service here too and their prices are reasonable. The inside of the bar is pretty nice too. They have quite a few TVs and it would be a good place to catch a game. I recommend hitting it up if you're in the area.

Great service, fun atmosphere love the decor and music! The food was delicious too!We had BLT, California Wrap, chicken fried steak and Philly sandwich

This is a busy place but they take pretty good care of you. Being a pub first, they seem to have about any kind of drink you could ask for. But, the food is first rate, too. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich. I'm a bit of a pork tender snob so when I say it was really good, it was really good. It was pounded out fairly thick which I prefer over those paper thin things that are 2/3 breading. It was tender and stuck out of the brioche bun a long way. The grilled veggies were delicious. My son had the "Queen of the Doublewide" burger with homemade fries. It appeared to be a patty melt with grilled onions and bacon. He said it was all really good. Come hungry and don't be in a hurry as they have lots of business.

Doing lunch here now. I had meat stew thing. Was ok. Friend had burger and fries. Looked real good. Sports bar setting here.

Service was good! Great atmosphere to watch Sunday football! Food was good. I ordered the blacken chicken the blacken part was spicy but was able to wipe it off.

Burger was great (Jalapeño bacon) fries could have been pulled out of cooker sooner.

Very good food I got takeout and was fresh and hot. Will go there again. Always busy because food is so delicious
