This place is just a front to sell MLM products. They use a bunch of Herbalife trash. I came here out of desperation while traveling cross-country, desperate to find worthwhile and healthy food on the road. This was all Wichita could offer without an hour wait. Herbalife is a scam and so is this business.

I've been coming here on occasion for several years--since they were at the old location. They have a ton of options for healthy meal-replacement and post-workout shakes, and I also like their fruity caffeinated teas. Expect to pay about $9 for a tea and a protein shake, but I think that is still reasonable for what you get. I like the airiness and spaciousness of the newer location, and the staff is always very friendly and is good at answering health questions you may have.

The workers were so nice and inviting. Fabulous customer service. The shakes are all yummy. I've never had a bad one!

Came in from the West Coast for business and was looking for a local smoothie shop. Both the smoothie (pina colada's) & customer service was top notch. I'll be back for sure, next time I'm in town.

Super customer service! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! I got the nutter butter shake and my boyfriend got the strawberry mango. Both were delicious after our workout!
