Where's company ever I do not recommend them they came in and just destroyed my house to the point the insurance would even cover certain things because they did such a bad job doing the dry out and tearing out the dry wall and stuff they destroyed our washing machine dishwasher and refrigerator refuse to pay for it refused to pay for over 600 square feet of tile they damage And much more that cost us over $15000 worth of damages and refuse to fix it

In a difficult situation the ServiceMaster company did exactly what they said they would do at the time they said they would. The mechanics were kind,nice and knowledgeable..I would recommend their service to anyone.

I contacted ServiceMaster for mold remediation services for my Mom's house. Eric came out for the first initial assessment. He was professional, honest, and personable. He gave recommendations that were genuine. He returned a second time with Sam, who also did an assessment. Sam was friendly and expressed concern of doing what was the best for my Mom. There was no pressure in having unneeded work done. Throughout the time ServiceMaster was completing the work on Mom's house, they always showed up when they said they would. Tyler was always respectful, considerate, and always had me look at the work that was done each day to make sure I was satisfied. Sam and Tyler never made us feel like we were just a number. They represented a high level of professionalism, while also adding a personal feel that made us feel valued. They did a wonderful job removing the mold and making Mom's house clean and sanitized. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster for anyone in need of mold remediation. If you are looking for a company that listens to your needs, provides quality services, values what's best for the customer and not just about making money then ServiceMaster is the place to call.

They left their equipment out for two weeks, called to ask if we had their equipment. Stovers put them to shame. Service masters did no remediation, didn't help with damage & didn't fix the problem. Should be out of business by now...especially since they don't even need their equipment for weeks on end as nobody uses them anyway.
