Seneca Bowl

The website said that cosmic bowling was $15 a person. We went and they said that they were starting a new thing this week where you would have to pay 50 dollars for one hour. The guy up front was just annoying and was not helping. DO NOT GO FOR COSMIC BOWLING.

I've never been at a bowling alley that had a distinct musty smell once you enter their doors. I tried to give it a chance... but even As we were sitting down to bowling, it still smelled musty. the people next to us on our left and right were rude and the bartender didn't know how to make any drinks. he said if the drink was simple I can make it, but we don't have much but beer. We left after the first game, barely even making it to the last frame. The place was not clean. It was the dirtiest bowling I've been too, I felt like I needed to sanitize everything I touched. I didn't even want to sit on the tables and chairs because they were absolutely dirty and messy. I DO NOT recommend this place and will not come back.

2 hours = $64.95+tax!!!! 9/22/24 - I can no longer recommend Let's Bowl Seneca, previously known as Seneca Bowl, for league bowlers. My husband and I are league bowlers with Bowlero but occasionally visit Seneca. We've been there about five times this year, spending a considerable amount on food and drinks, which was manageable with the league bowler rate. However, on 9/22/24, they refused to honor our USBC membership because we weren't part of a league at Seneca. This was surprising, as we've consistently received the league rate at various other alleys, even out of state, over the past five years. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Cant afford to open bowl anymore.You cant pay by the game unless your a league bowler.Charging $29.95 during the week for an hour of bowling for up to six people.We had three people bowling and we were'nt going slow.We could only bowl 1 game and 7 frames in that time frame.Total waist of time and money.If you had six people bowling you couldnt even bowl one game.I thought Bowlero was bad,this locally owned center is becoming just as bad.Its killing the sport.

It is starting to become too expensive! $5 per person per game for each game you play! What happened to just pay for $5 per game!? I understand paying for shoes but dang taxing lately! $60 bucks for 2 games for 4 people honestly just can't believe it!

why does it feel like every night is league night? we love coming here to bowl for dates we can't ever seem to be able to due to the leagues

Honestly this place is trash. The old dude with long hair and fedora working the front counter is incredibly rude. My family of 5 went here to spend time together and we got put on lane 3. When walking over to our lane we realized the people before us trashed it and had spilled drinks everywhere. I went to the front counter to ask if I could get something to clean it up and the guy at the counter very rudely told me they would get to it. Then instead of cleaning it up they moved us to lane 1 and double booked the lane with another group so then we got moved to lane 2. No table for our family of 5 to sit at or put our things and the guy at the counter continued to be a jerk all night. So much so we ended up leaving after one game even though we paid for more. Highly do not recommend this place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I work with a school who does After School Rec through the YMCA. Every other Wednesdays they go on field trips. We just so happened to go to Seneca Bowl this time instead of Paint the Towne. The kids are bowling, having a great time when a employee (the older man with he long hair and beard) comes up very rudely started shouting at the kids " IM NOT PLAYING IM GOING TO SHUT THAT LANE DOWN IF YOU DONT QUIT" to which he turned to me and said very rudely "ARE YOU THE ONES WATCHING THEM? THEY KEEP BOWLING WHEN THE LANE IS STILL MOVING PINS AND IM NOT PLAYING I WILL SHUT IT DOWN" He says its a group of kids when for one it was only one kid after I talked to the accused kids. I say " OK? you dont have to be rude?" I get it, they could hurt the equipment and break it so I go down there and talk after a kid came up and was like it's only one kid doing it. but there was no warning, just came up hostile and rude! I went to the kid accused and he said that it was an accident, that he couldn't tell when the bars were lifting (because there is one bar that drops the pins and then there's one that picks the pins up and he was getting confused. He thought it was going up but it was the second one). The lane eventually opens back up after like 5-8 minutes and the kids eagerly wants to play again and Im like ok lets just stop bowling I dont want them to keep accusing you guys for something that all of y'all aren't doing. So we get back on the bus and I decide to call and speak to the manager. Turns out the guy that was screaming was the manager. He answered and I was explaining the situation. He answered saying he was the manager he seemed to be nicer on the phone. I then told him that he was very rude and I didnt appreciate the way he talked to me and the kids. Then he says " im sorry you feel that way the store manager was the one that told me to go over there" I said I understand that they weren't bowling correctly but you didnt give any warning and you were very rude and he just kept saying that he's sorry I feel that way and he can speak with the store manager tomorrow." I said well I thought he was there and the one that told you to come over? I was so upset at the way me and the kids were treated, I asked for the store managers name and will be calling. So unprofessional and rude. They're kids, they're anxious, you have to give them warnings not come at them the way he did. I will NEVER go there with my personal family. I made sure to tell our director how he treated everyone as well.. so disgusted with this place.

This is the worst bowling alley I have ever been to. I was harassed in the front by the cashier about my mask when the other employees in the back had theirs pulled down under their chin. When I finally got to bowl I was harassed again by a different woman. Keep in mind that there was a bowling tournament for old people on the other side of the bowling alley. And these old people had their masks pulled down or weren't even wearing one at all. The first time I got harassed by this woman she went back behind the counter and pulled hers down. This happened twice while I was bowling so I just decided to leave. At least I got a refund.

Great prices to bowl, decent food, and friendly employees. Except.....for one employee (maybe a manager not sure). Me, my wife, brother, and his friends all went here for a good time to hang out. We were having such a good time for like 3 hours. Got to hang out with this amazing kid and his Mother. Now it was the end of our time there and we were wrapping up and just chatting with the mom and playing with the kid. I say play but really just trying to get him to settle down and get ready to leave but he thought it was all fun and games (so sweet). However he kept pushing the buttons to call the desk and the manager got annoyed even though we apologized and were trying to help out. Then the boy (who is speedy as all get out) pushes more buttons as the manager is right there and grabs the child by the arm and pulls him away from it. That is not okay by any standards and he didn't have any right to do this. Shame on you sir. My group stayed behind to make sure there was no more conflict or issues and that she and her son wouldn't be harassed anymore. We had a great experience and had a lot of fun for cheap prices but we will not be returning. At least not until this elderly man is no longer employed there. All the other employees are great that I had an interaction with though (y'all were fantastic). Sad and frustrating. At one point I thought my wife was going to go Madea on him. Don't ever lay your hands on another persons child. Unacceptable and shame on you.
