If you are a LANDLORD this company is the right company to hire! They will get any and all money they can from the tenants for you. Even lie in court to help you receive compensation that you do not deserve. If you are a TENANT please be aware and do not rent from ANYONE that uses this company. Check in and check out sheets are lies. They go back the day after you move out and sign off on everything and write things that were not wrong the day you were there and witnessed what they did. I would give this company negative 3 stars if I could.
