I had a bunch of repair work quoted. They started the work, and demanded payment in full, but then never completed the work. Numerous repairs failed and they would not warranty any of their work after just 30 days. Don't hire these people, work sitting incomplete now for weeks with no action. Their account manager will not reply to any request to complete it.

I have never posted a negative review about a business because I believe most business owners are trying to do the best they can to provide a good customer experience. I feel obligated to share my experience with this company in order to warn other customers away. I hired them to plant a lawn last fall and experienced a series of problems with improper seed application, improper watering instructions, leaving gates open (thank goodness my two dogs did not run out) and general lack of concern for the job quality. We now have a lawn with large areas of bare spots which are rapidly filling with weeds. I have contacted the company three times asking for resolution or at least recommendations and have received no response. They did cash the payment check though! I will encourage anyone needing landscape or lawn service to hire someone else.
