Great family owned business, right here! Scott's has been around for years. The current location was built new around '00. It is a clean, well maintained, friendly, and complete grocery store.Scott's has served the city of Lindsborg and surrounding towns with a great selection and quality groceries for years. This is a family business that Lindsborg should be/ and is proud to have locally. Having such a nice selection of groceries saves the locals from having to drive to Salina or McPherson to do their shopping. In a sense saving the town thousands of dollars every year in fuel prices alone. And with their prices being so consistent with other big box retailers; why drive when you can walk to your local store?Support your local business owners!

Great service on email order! The order was correct, it was packaged & insulated perfectly, and it arrived in 2 days, still cold. Good product inventory and no issues. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

WORST (nonexistent) CUSTOMER SERVICE!Placed an order on 12/14 for my Swedish family dinner on 12/24. Paid a HUGE shipping fee to ensure it arrived on time. Was promised it would arrive by 12/22.... I reached out three times to find out what was going on, and I canceled the order on 12/24 because it was too late for our dinner. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED.On 12/27 the order got dumped at our front door (FIVE DAYS LATE!)! The sausage was completely rotten and smelled of death. Still, I kept it for a few days in case Scott's or White's or whoever wanted it all back, but, still NO RESPONSE.Only when I initiated a dispute with my credit card company did someone finally leap into action. Well, you've lost my business forever, and my next step will be to report you to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on you.
