While at a restaurant in Amarillo, a gentleman told us about Scott's. He said it was the best and most consistently good barbecue in Kansas City so we made a point of trying it while we traveled through. He was right! The food was excellent! I'm so glad we made the special effort to get there.

Scott and team killed it with the Cajun turkeys I ordered for our company potluck. Thankful for the quick turnaround! Definitely recommend! Turkeys stood no chance by the way.
