Cold steak, unevenly cooked, took 40 minutes to come out. Waitress said "Kitchen said a big party beat you". Mashed potatoes were hard. Rarely got a refill on the drink. Ambience was very nice. Manager gave a condescending look for my t shirt. Mid place. Drinks looked ok. 2/10

For all the hype and being one of the best steak restaurants in Wichita, it was okay. For the price, I don't know why I expected more. The food did not impress my taste bud. My salmon and veggies were burnt. Calamari was good. Prime rib was delicious. Service was okay. For the type of restaurant, I expected more service and better food.

Came here for dinner while in town for work with my co workers. The decor was meh, I expected it to be more considering this place is known for fine dining. I wasn't impressed with the food selection as well, I felt the menu was limited. I was also disappointed that the name of the restaurant is called Scotch & Sirloin with no sirloin options on the steak menu. The martinis were a tad bit strong for my liking, to the point I had to send the first one back. However I did step out the box and tried a gin base martini , due to having a previous pleasant experience with gin. Sierra our sever did an amazing job accommodating me with a lemon drop martini due to the first one not working out, overall she was a great and very attentive to the table. For dinner I ordered the crab claws and crab cakes for my appetizers. My entree I decided on the vegetarian linguine and added salmon for my protein. It was really delicious! The butter garlic sauce was A1! The veggies were very fresh, the salmon was meh. I would definitely get it again minus the protein. That's how good the pasta it self is. As good a steak as there is in America. We had the Kansas City Strip medium well and it was absolutely delicious. The service was top notch and didn't flinch will bringing us the seafood bouquet. We also had French onion and Clam chowder soups and a Caesar salad. The soups were great and so too was the seafood bouquet. The steak was tremendous so too was their loaded baked potato. All in given the food and the ambiance, this is as good a steak house as there is with only places like Barry's in Vegas downtown being as good or better.

The food and ambience here is great. The service is exceptional. Karl always ensures we are happy. I usually get here at least once a week. However I have had a lot of out of town visitors here lately, so I have been probably three times a week now several weeks in a row. The chocolate soufflé is to die for and if you've never had the Smokey old fashioned it's a visitor favorite. I love the caprese salad and the carpaccio as a regular go to. The lunch special is usually the flank steak which is delicious. The most recent dinner I had was fish and I loved it. Never had a bad thing here. Steaks are perfect, soups are good, desserts fantastic. I also like the crème broulee. Even if you are on a budget and don't want to go all out, you can be totally satisfied with an appetizer plate at lunch.

My wife and I were invited to a business appreciation dinner. I had never been to S&S before this. Even with a more limited menu chosen by the people who invited us all I was pleasantly surprised. Good food, great atmosphere.

At the Scotch and Sirloin tonight, there wine pours are ridiculously small and charging top dollar, if you want wine with your dinner this is not the place for you!! Also, bartender probably needs to go to bartender school, most of out cocktails came out wrong

We were invited to a dinner for the holidays and Scotch and Sirloin was chosen. The service was great and our server was extremely kind and patient. The food is very high quality and is made with love. My personal favorite is the prime rib, it was made to perfection and it is definitely the best i've ever had. The vibe of the restaurant is amazing and calming. The owner himself came to check on us and you could tell he really values his guests and our experience. He was also very kind and talked to us like he's known us for years. Overall, this place is great and i would definitely go back again.
