First Honda dealership I visited after moving to Kansas. Had to get an oil change on the car. Staff were friendly over the phone and helped set up an appointment. There was no upsell or additional services being offered. Cannot comment on their sales team or practices. Would go back for service, if I owned a Honda.

I wanted to give 5 stars so badly. I purchased a vehicle at the West location on Friday and things went downhill from there, it ended with Tyler Alderman saying you can bring the car back. All over car mats! I am BIG on customer service and would have been happy with even a small attempt to meet me in the middle. Funny thing is Scholfield Honda has always been my favorite Wichita car dealership, this would have been my fourth vehicle purchased at one of their dealerships. It's disappointing to see that my dollar is not valued. If I remember correctly Mr. Alderman said "there is no need to sully our reputation over this so you can just go ahead and bring the car back." WE DID!

My wife took her car in for a recall. They did their vehicle inspection and said she needed a new cabin air filter. The problem with that recommendation is I just replaced the cabin air filter last month. They either didn't really look at the filter or were just dishonest like most service shops that always recommend replacing parts that don't need to be replaced. Does not make me excited to do business of any kind.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I will first say I love my actual car. I bought a 2018 Toyota Sienna.However, less than one week after driving off the lot my brakes started grinding. I was told that during the inspection they were fine. How are they grinding if they are fine? A week later they started squeeking. I text my dealer again and he again acted like it wasn't his fault. Now, 2 months of owning my van it says it needs maintenance soon. How do I already need to preform maintenance, when the dealership told me it was done when I bought it? I call the dealership this time and was sent to the service desk, I speak w/ the service desk and they tell me that I need to speak w/ the dealer. I speak with the dealer and he tells me that the brakes and the maintenance is my responsibility. When I gave push back he told me he would have the used car manager give me a call. It has been 4 business days and I still have not heard from them.It's my assumption that they now have my $30,000 and do not care about me as a customer. My family has been buying from Schofield for years... and that is why I trusted to buy from them. I am so disappointed I spent that much money with them. I am a single mom of 4 and expected a good vehicle I could rely on from them. Instead, they sold me something that needed work done not even a week later.

I have serviced a GMC and Hyundai at Scholfield Honda within the past month. Service was wonderful and they send you the inspection via text to review and pictures with their recommendations. 10/10 in communications and customer service, pricing is fair and work is completed in a timely manor. They do have a loaner car fleet, one of my parts did not come in and they gave me a car to drive for the evening. Give them a call today.

I can't say enough about their service department. I've had my Jeep in there twice and they are very efficient, have excellent communication AND are super friendly! I'd give them a 10 star if I could! I would buy another vehicle there and plan to use their service department in the future when the need arises. Great job, team!

This dealership doesn't play hidden fees or games. They tell you outright what they're capable of doing and work with you to the best of their ability. The salesperson we worked with, Ryan, was transparent, honest, and talked to us like real people rather than ignoring me like the salesperson next door at Eddy's did. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to have a positive and honest experience when purchasing a vehicle.

Worst service experience ever. Went in for leak on my tire . They said they checked it and I was good to go. Then my tire popped and blew up on the freeway. Almost lost my life on I35. Called to talk to service manager and talked with Brad the GM they said wasn't their fault. Zero accountability. DONT GO THERE!!!!!
