Schlotzsky's

I have been through the pick up window multiple times. Food has always been correct, service friendly and accommodating and wait time has been minimal. Really impressed!

Love Schlotzskys but the service is horrible! Michelle-Young girl with big false eyelashes-was really put off that she had to take our order.

I'm hoping we caught them on a bad night. It had been YEARS since we'd had Schlotzsky's! We were close by and decided to give it a try. Just a few things that stood out... Order was wrong, twice on the same order, and still were missing items when we sat down to eat at home. We ordered our food "to go", and noticed the bread was very dry. Granted it was after 8 pm (that's how it goes some evenings), but dry bread shouldn't be served. The taste was bland. We had 2 French Dip sandwiches and a ham & cheese. I'm pretty sure it will be YEARS, before we try again!

Can't complain about a thing. Place was clean, food came out fast, service was good, and everything was correct. My daughter enjoyed it as well.

Came here last week. Extremely rude customer service. Wouldnt ask what kind of bread we wanted or what size. Makes you feel rushed and like youre wasting his time. Will NEVER come to this location again. Get better service and people who actually want to work.

Every time I make an online order, it's never right! I always order a turkey bacon club with no tomatoes, add black olives, with extra cheese. What if I was allergic to tomatoes? If I'm requesting to take something off, then please TAKE IT OFF. On top of that I got no black olives or extra cheese

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a small original sandwich with chips and drink. When I got home I saw I had received only HALF a sandwich with less meat and cheese than usual. Since I live 16 miles away I did not return to Schlotzsky's to exchange it for a full sandwich. I am VERY UNHAPPY with Schlotzsky's right now. If the half sandwich with fewer ingredients is a result of shrinkflation I will no longer be eating at Schlotzsky's. I usually love Schlotzsky's but this is unacceptable!

The pizza I had was a vegan pizza. It was ok. The young lady was nice but no smile or anything. She took awhile to come to the front to help me. I had never been inside so I didn't know where to go for online pick up. It was only 3 other customers sitting down eating so it was not busy at all. I would not recommend the Greenwich location unless you go at maybe lunch time instead of dinner.

Everything is great at this place, little bummed they stopped carrying pastrami, but it hasn't stopped me from highly recommending everything on the menu.

The man with colored hair made my visit worthwhile with thw way he was polite and patient while me and my family odered. The food was amazing
