The salon did a terrible on my daughter's requested baby highlights. Then the owner's solution was to dump chocolate brown permanent dye in the front of her hair to cover the brassy highlights. Offered no refund and cost me over $400 for a real colorist to did it.

Only dried my hair did not style. I will not go back . The receptionist was very polite and helpful.

Terrible color service from a stylist and rude customer service from the owner. I gifted my nanny a hair color service so she could cover her grays and get a refreshed color for family photos. This salon has been in business for decades so I trusted that they would take care of her. After 2 hours, my nanny messaged me saying she would be another 90 minutes because her roots had turned out a completely different color than her ends and they needed to strip all the color and do it all over. When I finally picked her up, I found her almost in tears, blow drying her own hair and trying to wipe dye stains off her forehead and face. The stylist (Brittany) had left her alone in the chair without a word and disappeared into the back room and never returned. I told Mr. Halaseh that the result was unsatisfactory because the color was uneven and the stylist had only dyed the top layer of hair and had left all the under layers a different color. Instead of apologizing or offering to make things right he tried to justify the result. When I told him I would need to go elsewhere to fix the hair, he became snippy and rude and cut me off by saying "Fine. Have a good day." and stalked off without another word.

I've been going to Brittany for several years now. She's very talented with color and cuts. More importantly she's a great person.The whole salon staff is welcoming and friendly, I look forward to my appt each time.

Terrible experience, service and staff. My color was done incorrectly (even though I was required to do a $25 color consultation prior) then upcharged for this shoddy service. Beware!!! Stylist was not transparent about her pricing, the web site nor the receptionist give accurate pricing either. Expensive lesson, never going back.

Have been a regular since 2004, and had Kelsey Manhatton as my stylist since about 2012. She is amazing!! Patient (my hair is very thick with several strong cowlicks), creative and fun! Cannot imagine going anywhere else or allowing anyone else to cut my hair!Barby Savage

Brittany is an amazing stylist!! She has done my hair for 10 or more years. I look forward to my appointments with her. I always feel like I'm looking my best after she does my hair. She is a lovely person inside and out

Brittany and the whole staff at Sami Halaseh are incredible!! Brittany has been cutting my hair for several years. Regardless of how I want my hair cut or styled, she always makes it look awesome! They are also all very personable and easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend!!

This place is wonderful! The ladies at the front are always so friendly and very helpful as well as all of the other staff! But the main reason I continue to come is because of Brittany. She is an awesome stylist. I have been going to her for years and don't have any plans of changing anytime soon. I have never had a haircut that wasn't excellent due to Brittany's awesome attention to detail. I trust her enough that I know I could tell her I want something different and she would do a phenomenal job. I can not recommend Brittany and Sami Halaseh Salon enough!
