Love working with Samar and her team! We have used Samar's real estate services twice now. The first time to buy our first home, and then most recently to sell that home and purchase our forever home. She is veteran real estate agent with years of experience in the market and knows all the ins and outs of buying and selling. We appreciate her vast knowledge about the market and homes/neighborhoods in Wichita, plus she is very easy to work with. When we decided to sell our house we thought long and hard about who to use for our realtor. I have many realtor friend and acquaintances so chosing one was difficult. I've known Samar since elementary school but are not close friends. Other than a facebook comment here and there i hadn't even spoken to her since high school. Something said i needed to call her so I did. We had the best time catching up and going over our home. She is friendly, warm and knowledgable. the best part was that that her team got our house sold in 24 hours after it hit the market.in the middle of all this my mother passed away and she helped me with making the sale and closing so smooth and stress free. In addition to really liking her personality, she was very quick to respond and always professional. Not only was I able to SELL my house before it technically hit the market, but she also identified my new house before it too hit the market.
