I've been transitioning into my grey hair. Yes you can just let it grey by itself of course but unless you know how to care for your hair it mostly ends up dull and aging you. Mandie at Salon One knows her stuff! I trust NO ONE else with my hair. She always makes you feel welcome and we have great conversations. I cannot say enough about this salon!

Jessie Francis is awesome! I've been seeing her for years now and she never disappoints. This time I wanted Captain Marvel hair for my Halloween costume. Turned out perfectly.

Haven't had anyone touch my hair since I moved to town but needed some serious care following the holidays. Jessie F was fantastic. She was so kind and great at keeping the experience comfortable and casual. She was attentive when I explained my hair routine and needs; never pushing a style or cut on me as I've had in other salons. Wonderful experience and one I'll be going back to for future cuts. Great stylist and a wonderful atmosphere thanks Salon One and Spa.

I've been going to Salon One for years. Trust Mandy implicitly. She gives a great cut and color. Other stylists I have seen there have also been around for a while - lots of experience. The atmosphere is casual and friendly.

Had an appoint for a haircut with Bree. She is very sweet but seemed unsure of herself. My haircut was not good and I am going to somebody else to get it fixed. I guess she is a new graduate, and if an experienced stylist could maybe check her cuts or work with her before the client leaves? I realize that is a lot to ask because I know you are all busy. I Would like to see her excel and become confident in her work. I am only giving 2 stars but I am sure over all you have a great salon and stylists.

I went in for a eyebrow waxing and Ashley Goree was absolutely amazing! One of the first times where I truly felt happy with the finished look. In addition, she gives 100% in comparison to other places I've been where they just go through the motions. Will definitely be back!

Today was the 2nd time in 4 months that I arrived for my appointment only to be told my hairdresser didn't work there anymore. No call to let me know or to reschedule, Will be looking for a new salon. Thanks for nothing Amanda and Jessie,,,.wherever you are.

I set a nail appointment via phone a few days in advance for 8am. When I showed up for the appointment, no one was there and after waiting for 20 minutes, the nail technician never showed up. Extremely unprofessional.

I booked an appointment at the beginning of this month, came in the day of on time to have the receptionist tell me that the hair stylist no longer works there and they were supposed to call me to reschedule. Apparently their best accommodation will be next week, the receptionist seemed not to care how this salon has utterly inconvenienced me. How can a business operate with such irresponsible book keeping practices? I will not be coming back for another attempt at getting an appointment here when they cannot even keep track of them. Will also discourage people from coming to this salon.
