Salon Knotty

I can in to get the red tint out of my hair and to have a lighter brown color. However, at the salon they ended up just adding a bunch of bleached highlights and said that my hair would look lighter. However the red tint was still in my hair. I'm really disappointed with how it turned out, I just wanted a single colored hair and I even showed pictures. But the staff is super friendly so I'm giving three stars!

Went to the Womens Fair and they featured a special Price on Teeth Whitening. I didnt have the money at that moment, but got information about it. The ladies were ALL very NICE and Helpful. They had a special for 2~ 30 minute sessions for the price of $175~ Usually $150 for one session. And they were extending it a week after the Womens Fair. So, I decided to take that offer and split it with a family member of mine. We made appointments for that afternoon, explained to her about the Special and She said yep that it was the last day for that special. We get to our appointments and check in at the front desk. There were about 4 or 5 girls there all just talking, one girl took me to the "area" where they whiten teeth and just was just in a hurry to get me in. (there was no one else in the salon but the workers & the ladies from the womens fair werent there either!) When I asked her about the Special she went to ask a hair dresser and she didnt know anything about it. The only paper I had was a $100 dollar 30 min. special. So basically, I sat there with that mouthpeice in my mouth, with a nasty taste, cant say a word and the girls are just all talking and they all ended up leaving outside for some reason & I needed a napkin but couldnt talk or get up!!! Ahhh, i was frusterated and finally a different girl came to check on me! The results were decent. But service was Horrible...such snobby girls!

I had a great experience with Salon Knotty! When my regular massage therapist had to cancel my appointment last minute, I was frantic to find another salon to fit me in. I called Salon Knotty and they were able to see me for an hour deep tissue massage the same day!! When I got there, I was promptly greeted and escorted back. The service I received was fantastic! Thank you so much for treating me like a queen! Because of the service I received, I scheduled a facial for next week!

Hair cut ok not over the top. Pricing is made up. Super bummed we just moved here and thought we would try this salon ended up being completely disappointed between scheduling error and ridiculous pricing. I was ok with paying the $36 that was advertised online but the $10 long hair surcharge was completely ridiculous. My 11 year old daughter was in the chair for 30 minutes it didn't take longer to blow her hair dry. I would never go back and would never recommended this salon. Super bummed I wanted it to be a good experience.

Don't bother making an appointment; they apparently don't mean anything to the owner, Pam. I had appointment with her but when I show up she's no where to be found. Instead of calling me to reschedule, she calls someone to come in and cover for her. If I wanted an appointment with someone else I would have made an appointment with someone else. Don't waste you time or money on this place.
