Cara is so amazing!!! She is always willing to try new things with my hair! I feel so relaxed and welcome! This is not your average place!! Thank you for always doing a great job with cutting coloring and styling my hair!!

What can I say, they are all so sweet! Best place I've been. They helped me fix my hair after Salon Fringe fried and butchered my hair. I needed up losing 18 inches and they butchered me. Thanks Salon Blu for salvaging the little hair I had left

I went to Randi Schnur the week before my daughter's wedding to get the gray colored in my hair. My hair was a dark blonde color and I wanted to also go back to a color closer to my natural color, which is dark brown. Randi decided to give me uplights and low lights (2 different colors which I did not ask for, but allows her to charge more). Fine and dandy, but when all was said and done. I had a gray stripe going down the middle of my head! She also, supposedly trimmed my ends - (1/2" was more like an 1-1 1/2") but when it came to my bangs, after cutting them, they were still down to the bridge of my nose! I can't see at a distance without my glasses, so I did not realize how horrible of a job she did until I got home! I had to wear a hat the next day at work which is not allowed! I tried to have her refund at least her tip but she refused saying that I did not have a heart because her husband and 10 year old rely on her money! Give me a break! She offered to redo my hair, but at that point, she is the LAST person I would want to touch my hair! Thanks to Cara, who owns the salon, who got me in the next day and made my color and hair right for not only my daughter's wedding, but for my own self-esteem. Go see Cara - stay away from RANDI SCHNUR!
